If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been hesitant on ordering because of all the other negative reviews but I figured I’d give it a shot because who knows. Biggest mistake ever. We got the 20/20 bundle but only received 10 boneless and 15 traditional so 15 missing wings. They also forgot an entire large fry that I ordered in addition to the bundle. When I called to get it refunded, the lady named Tara told me that once the order is placed, it is automatically routed to DoorDash even though I ordered through their website. It doesn’t show on my DoorDash to get a refund but they would not give me one from the store either. I was then told if I’m signed in on the website, I can check my order history and figure it out from there however, I wasn’t signed in. She said she doesn’t know then. When my boyfriend called back she explicitly told him “once the food leaves the store, it’s not their problem” despite their staff forgetting the items. Forget the fact that the food was complete garbage. There was no seasoning on my wings at all (lemon pepper dry rub) and the hot BBQ was not hot BBQ. In hindsight, I should have listened to all the negative reviews! Do not eat here!! No accountability whatsoever.

The customer service was good; however , the food was down right disgusting. She put the stems from the pickle on my sandwich about four of them, so I do believe it was done on purpose. I spent to much money to get the garbage she gave me. The burger tasted like I bit the cow while it was still living! The chicken we ordered was tough as a pair of Harley boots!

I really don’t leave reviews anywhere but my past experience just forced me to. I know how irritating it can be when you only have 30 mins left in your shift and still have a lot to do. I know that feeling cause I myself work in customer service too. I called in an order and they told me it was gonna be 20 mins but I started heading to the store not even 20 mins past my waiting time and I ended up getting to the store 5 mins before their closing time. First off, I noticed their cashier at that time was extemely rude and was even shaking his head like I was some inconvenience to him! It was literally a pick up and only took not even 2 mins to pay and then go. I really dont understand where the animosity and rudeness came from. Even on the phone, he already sounded like he was uninterested in taking my order and I kinda already had a feeling before picking it up. Like, if u didnt want to take orders that late or during that time then prolly just close at an earlier time or something. Again, I dont leave reviews anywhere it’s just that this time I felt like I had to share my experience with this restaurant!

The employees that work at night are very lazy, every time we go there we do the pick up order and we stand there and the girls are always in the back. Today a girl was mopping and i am standing there waiting and she looks at me twice doesn’t acknowledge me or say anything to the other staff. I had to go around the counter and say hello. This has happened multiple times. I will be calling their manager.

I like the Original Buffalo with lots of Bleu Cheese. Yesterday I tried the Parmesan Garlic and Teriyaki Traditional Wings. I ordered it for carry-out. They do a good job. They are cooked fresh and hot. They did raise prices a bit since previous visits. I liked the Teriyaki but not the Parmesan Garlic. But my family did like those. And I like the drumstick pieces over the wing portions .

Ordered online and paid online with credit card. Husband arrived to pick up order and was told there was an issue and original order was cancelled and he had to pay again. Husband pays with his credit card—-both original credit card and husbands credit card was charged so double paid! Have attempted multiple times to resolve with store with no success!!
