So I live out in the suburbs and out here they act really funny at night. In this case the young lady that worked there that night paid attention but acted like she couldn’t hear when I placed my order. But the triple chese burger that u had with curly fries was delicious and I like JNB better at times then McDonald’s and Burger King. What I don’t like is around here they are the only thing opened half the time after 6pm lol. But go here it’s in the open and you aren’t huddled in a corner worried about getting attacked at night lol. I just want Jack in the Box to bring back the Chicken Crossant for the late night menu would be excellent.

Drive through service. Approximately 5pm on a Saturday. I was the only one in line and no cars in the parking lot (should have been a clue!) Ordered Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and curly fries. First time ever at a JITB. Won’t try them again, anywhere.

Food is old, over fried and most the time cool to touch. Service sucks. They’re rude. EVERYTIME I order here, I’m asked to back up and wait just behind the window and then they’ll call me forward to charge me while getting my drinks. Im assuming they do this to make their time look good while you’re waiting 10+ minutes for your food. (You’d think with the wait time it would be made fresh) don’t count on getting your sauces in your bag either. Either save your money and go somewhere else or try another location. This one is not it.

The phone app would only let me ask for no ice for a standalone drink but not for the one in the meal bundle, but I had to haggle with the lady at the window, even having to make her dump out the iced soda and and give it to me how I asked. I was relieved that I didn’t have to make a bigger fuss, since these are the people who handle my food.

Me and my wife have been coming here pretty often for a while, and almost every time, her order gets messed up, or we’re just not receiving items at all. Tonight we ordered from the drive through and when we got home we realized that we only received half of what we ordered and it was my wife’s food that manged to get ruined again. The service was great but we manage to lose money every time we come here. We might as well burn the money, at least we’ll get something out of it. It seems like it’s the last time we’ll be coming here

I just got done working a 12 hour shift and decided to come here as I am super hungry. I order on the app. I came in and asked for a mobile order pick up. The lady asked me for the name then grabs the bag as if I’m doing Uber eats, seals it with a sticker in my face. I open it back getting ready to way in my car. Realized she’s sealed it cause she gave me old soggy tacos and cold food. Such a disappointment.

The employees and management team at this establishment like to talk trash about their customers while everyone can hear them. I watched them refuse a child who walked up a water cup. What got me the most.. an elderly woman asked for help going to the bathroom and was refused access because she did not make a purchase. She explained not having her pocket book with her and simply couldn’t make a purchase at the time, but really needed to use the restroom. She was sadly defined again. Way to go team jack in the box for being a wonderful part of that woman’s day. I wanted to say something…. But writing a review just does a much better job. Everyone on that team is rude, and doesn’t care about the customer at all.

The person didn’t understand what I wanted hat to repeat so many times and in the box I ordered tacos. They were so socked with fett and to dark cut not even eat them. That was not worth to pay the 14 dollar for it.
