I go to this particular Dunkin 2-4 times a week due to it being close to my job. I get the same thing and the same woman every morning is rude. Yelling at the other staff. It’s literally 620am and she is being mean. She gets upset when they make my stuff wrong and I ask her to fix it. I literally get the same thing everyday. I think she is the manager. They need new help. I will definitely be finding a different Dunkin in the area.

I went in and ordered 3 iced caramel late or idk what it was but i read it off from the screen. I literally said iced but they gave me all 3 of them hot. Plus I also asked for 2 of them to be decaf and they gave them regular. That is so ignorant cause theres people that cant be drinking caffeine and they ask for something and you dont do it that does not sound right. I did not want to asked for nothing else because i also ordered and iced hazelnut iced coffee and they gave me a hot drink I asked if they could make me another one and that i had to go around (this was my fault because i did not explain the problem) but they said no but then i explained and they said they cant switch it because theres a price difference and I said its okay I will pay for it. They gave me it, i did not pay because they said that it was okay. But it was exhausting that they did not get my order right even though i am PAYING.

Normally this store is excellent, but as of late several new associates plus a lack of adequate oversight seem to be impacting the quality of the product and service. I stop here daily on my way to work, and this evening I was provided a luke-warm (being generous) cup of hot coffee only partially filled. (It was almost 2 inches shy of being filled.)

Horrible service just went there for 2 small coffees paid over 12 dollars… I order extra caramel and got no caramel in my frozen coffee and asked for oat milk in my hot coffee and no oatmilk… I pulled up to the window took about 5 minutes to even greet and take my money…. I won’t be back horrible service…

Any decent restaurant would call you and ask why did you order the same thing not twice but three times in the app. Was there a mistake? Your order never has the same requests let alone separate orders of the same thing all within a minute of each other. Sure you don’t have to but I’ve had other restaurants do that. We still go to those thanks to their courtesy call cause these things happen in the app age. Glad there is another Dunkin just down the road.

I love coming here in the afternoon with my family. whenever the tall kid and the muscular kid work I know my order will be complete and 100% correct before I even finish my order. As well whenever I come I come in the store when they work it is always super clean and the service is impeccable. Their milkshakes are next level it is what keeps me coming back. No one can compare to what these guys can do with a blender. On top of that their ice cream scooping skills are legendary. I once saw the tall one put 9 scoops of ice cream on one waffle cone!!!! I always see people hit the curb in the drive thru and I do not understand why as I have seen 22 foot box trucks fit through without hitting the curb. I already know my order will be accurate when I see the two ” Older” looking cars outside. its a shame they can’t afford better cars. These two employees are the most efficient workers I have ever seen. It is just a shame that management can not keep items in stock.
