I have given this location many opportunities and am disappointed every time. Here is a list that repeatedly happens. 1. Food is not even closely prepared to Dominos standards. 2. Pricing is not to Dominos standards and trying to get explanation leads to rude behavior. i.e. Carry out chicken wings coupon 3. Delivery instructions not followed. One driver was yelling at a non working entrance. I have complained to corporate and encourage others to so so.

This is not a spinach feta with chicken pizza. It has marinara. The employees are very unprofessional. If you ask for a refund, they will not give you a receipt. Say they can’t give a refund receipt. They canceled my order as if I never received it.

Delivery is horrible! Took 20 minutes for it to be delivered after leaving the store and they didn’t even send everything I ordered and sent us the wrong pizzas. So cold pizza and an incomplete/wrong order. Then to top it off they’ll only offer you a free medium pizza to make it right. Sorry but I’d like everything I ordered which costs more than just a medium pizza. Do yourself a favor and just order from Pizza Plus instead.

After driving 6 hours Monday, we got home at 11. Store is suppose to close at 12. I call no answer. I try to order online and it says to contact store. I called number provided and was connected to an Indian lady who was obviously not at the store. She took my order for me and said she couldn’t get it to work either and again connected me to the store. We started trying to order at 11. At this point it was 11:40. We hadn’t eaten all day and obviously had no groceries in the house since being out of town. I got back in my car and drove to dominos. The place was completely closed down. Not a soul in sight and no lights on. Nothing else was open at this point and I went back home. If the closing time says 12 then you stay open until 12. In what world do you get to choose to close a whole hour early. Could have been sooner than that I didn’t try to order until 11. A manager really needs to get a hold of this place and get it together because it’s always something with this location.

First time I’ve ever written a review but here we are. As others have said the quality has gone way down since the store opened. Every time I get delivery there is something wrong. It gets delivered to my neighbor, items are missing or the food is cold. One time the pizza wasn’t even cut and all the toppings were on one side like it had been sitting sideways. I normally don’t complain because it is what it is, but now they are charging me double the delivery tip. So my order will say $25 (including tip) on the check out screen and then two days later I look at my bank and the charge is for $30. The extra amount is the tip being charged double. This has happened three out of the four last times I’ve ordered delivery. Again normally I wouldn’t complain but on top of the other issues I’ve been having I needed to put it out there since corporate and the store aren’t doing anything about it. Sadly I won’t be ordering from here anymore which is a shame because even with the issues it’s still the best pizza place in town.

I can’t even give them one star!!! This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. Tonight, I ordered for delivery bi understand it’s New Years Eve. The text told me at 510pm the driver was on his way, not even 15 minutes away. 49 min later, he arrives, cold pizza and bread sticks, and no 2 liter!!! When I call the store, I was yelled at my the guy who said “we are busy lady, what do you want me to do”?? I replied I understand that, but I have already paid for an order that was delivered cold AND INCOMPLETE!! The “guy” then hung up on me!! I called again, again hung up on!! I’m now in the drive thru waiting to get my 2 liter!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! I’m now in the drive thru waiting on my drink. UPDATE: The guy at the window was very nice. Said they were completely out of drinks. He went into the system and completely refunded my $$ back. I appreciate that, but Erwin has enough pizza places, I will never order from here again!!!!!
