Bad service. Employees inside don’t follow posted hours of operation. On google said closed 7PM, and on their door their posted signs said 9PM. We arrived at 6:45PM on Tuesday evening. Employee inside said the close at 6:40PM. I said that was a weird time to close a DD’s, he justified by saying that they needed time to put everything away and shut everything down and leave by 7PM. I don’t think the owner of this particular DD knows that his/her teenage employees are closing the store way too early and be out the door by 7PM.

A nice small store at easily accessible from highway. When we went it was crowded on Saturday noon. Service was fast and fresh. Enough of car parking but times it might be difficult due to it inside the shopping outlet mall. Staffs are brisk and active. Easy to grasp a cup of coffee for a shopping on outlet.

A review on how you treat loyal employees of many many years. All these reviews on this page about the employees attitude and bad service roots from terrible owners who don’t care for their employees. Not the managers, not the supervisors. My sibling gave 6 yrs of her life to these people and not one raise!!!! Was offered promotions with no increase! Suffered a 3rd degree burn by a coffee machine on the clock and was told she would be compensated and that the hospital bill would be taken cared of and once she turned in the bill.. DAWN the district manager, turned a blind eye. Told my sibling it wasn’t their problem … now we going to make it your problem! Wrong family to slam a door in the face.

Today, July 20, 2023 @11:15am Destiny was so patient and kind but the man working with her who wouldn’t give me his name was absolutely horrible he was yelling to close the door and was so nasty to his coworker just because she made a mistake on my coffee – he stated we was wasting product (when destiny offered to remake my coffee). I will never go to this dunkin again. Beware of the disrespect at this place, the way he treated minorities is horrible. He should be not be working in customer service at all!.

dunkindonuts,com, Google, and the hours posted on the store all say they close at 9pm but when I walked in well before then, I was told they were closed. Why leave the front door open and post later hours if you want to close earlier? Stop wasting people’s time.
