In the drive through I ordered 6 tenders and paid $15.99 . I got home 25min later and they gave me 7 nuggets!!! Phoned them and they said they made a note and when I get there again they will refund me.

So on here they say they’re open til 10:00pm and on DoorDash they say they accept orders til 9:30pm so I placed a order around 9:25pm come to find out they stop serving kfc at 9:00pm and it’s only Taco Bell. They should really adjust their hours on here and DoorDash can’t be that hard. I aways have terrible experiences with this location and this will be my last attempt.

The saltiest damn fried chicken I’ve ever had. I had their five dollar value box. The mashed potatoes tasted like library paste, the biscuit was just OK, the chicken was cooked well but the breading tasted like someone accidentally spilled too much salt into the batter.

I ordered a 12 piece original bucket with a large mashed potato and gravy. Instead of mashed potatoes I got Mac n cheese. First off! Gross! I should’ve pulled into parking and checked my order. Be wary.

If I could leave no stars I would!! Yesterday I placed an order threw the drive threw. First the girl was very rude when taking the order she’s was quick to just give me a total with out asking me what sides I would like for my meals. I pulled up to the window and told her if I could get 3 mash and 1 Macon cheese side and I heard someone yell out from the back that no because she has already packaged 2 mash and 2 coleslaw! I told the girl at the drive threw that no I wasn’t going to pay for something I’m not going to eat! And that she never asked me what I wanted! She got a nasty attitude and continued to ask me for my payment! When handed my food practically threw it and shut the window! I was there a good 5 min before I could someone’s attention because after spending $74 dollars I wasn’t even given the sauces I asked for. I asked for a manager and the manager never came out to talk to me! I called because they forgot to give me the large side of Mac cheese! Never picked up or got a call back! My experience here has been so unpleasant! I will keep trying to contact a manager because they forget they aren’t giving me the food for free I’m paying for it and no one deserves to be treated like this just because it’s inconvenient for them

Never use their smartphone app to order from this store. They have a catchy feature called quick pick up and it does exactly the opposite. This happened to me twice in a row. I placed an order, went to their door – it was locked. I waited some more to see if someone is coming out with my order. Then I went to the drive thru to ask about it and then they delivered it through the window. Second time, I ordered food and went via drive thru to pick it up. I said I am in the drive thru because of what happened last time and the person that answered refused to give it to me via the window and asked me to get it via lobby. Zero courtesy!! Both the times, it was before 6 PM. If you want to eat KFC so bad, use only their drive thru/dine – in or find a different place. Read the other reviews and you will understand how this store basically works.

This place has gotten worse with every visit there. Today I was told I have to wait 15 minutes to get extra crispy dark meat or I can take thigh and breast meat. Told the guy my son is very picky and I need legs and thighs. Almost 40 minutes I got my order. So I thought. I check the bag and saw a couple legs…ok good. Got home, got legs and breast meat. WTH was I waiting for 38 minutes for.
