I got the big double burger tray with cheddar cheese, bacon, and onion. The pictures explain itself. The Patties are smaller than McDonald’s . Normally, I don’t have any issues with this cookout. This is the first time I’ve ever had any complaints. But those paper thin burger patties aren’t cutting it.

The young lady who took my order and payment was fantastic. However probably the coldest food (especially the fries) that I have ever received at a Cookout. No dipping sauces requested given but at least was given napkins.

I come here alot and they are ALWAYS busy so be prepared to wait. Food is usually on point but tonight my grilled chicken was dry and hard as a rock. I will still come back because they are normally good. Staff is always so friendly and even if you have a special order it is always correct. I really appreciate that. One of the last places to get a decent meal at a fair price.

Went to Cookout on 12/24/22, ordered a cheeseburger tray with 2 sides, which were cheese fries & a strawberry milkshake. I didn’t ask for the whole bulk of onion on my burger. You guys need to do better. $11.33 for this. Milkshake was absolutely horrible. Really? I will be calling to get compensated, this is unacceptable.

In my years of living in concord I have never experienced horrible service UNTIL TODAY . The young lady taking the orders claimed she could not hear me after I was screaming my lungs out trying to give her my order. It was pretty loud outside so I understood that. Once we arrived to the drive through window you could feel the ANGER she had towards me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but the service she gave us was just unacceptable and unprofessional. She snatched my moms debit card and when I asked her if we could have some sauces she got a bad attitude and rolled her eyes. We told her thank you and she still rolled her eyes and huffed. The food was good but the girl taking the orders today just messed my whole appetite up. Young lady is too pretty to have that messy attitude. If you don’t like your job just don’t work there . Period.

The drive-thru intercom speakers aren’t loud enough. I have to keep having them to repeat. Nowadays, if I go there, it’s usually just for a quick mediocre burger. Sadly, the preparers don’t really have much pride in what they do. Cold, dark and dry chicken nuggets. Chili cup half full. Sandwiches and burgers may have a piece of a tomato, a piece of lettuce, and a touch of mayonnaise. Cheaply made. Not near as good as it used to be years ago. And the manager needs to make sure the drive thru lanes are ACCESSIBLE!!

Usually, I let most things slide. But tonight was pretty rough. After getting through the long line (which isn’t their fault) it was finally time to receive my food, which was dropped from the worker at the window. I know he didn’t mean for it to happen, but he asked the girl driving me to get out and pick it up so he could see the receipt. She did, and he kindly thanked her and apologized. I guess someone in the kitchen gave him a hard time because he had a quick moment where he showed disappointment with how they acted. Well then, suddenly, I noticed he called the person order over the speaker “fat and greety” I was so over it all at this point and then was handed the food. The cheese bites were literally frozen in the middle, there were bearly any fries, and the spicy chicken sandwich was mid at best. I would have gone to the window but I didn’t want to seem “fat and greety” Won’t be going back to this location:/

The quality of your milkshakes has gone downhill. I also have to worry about fecal matter being in my milkshake as I saw an employee digging in their gluteus maximus. That isn’t the peanut butter that I asked for. Banana pudding peanut butter. Not peanut butt. I also asked for a receipt and I don’t know why but no one wants to give a receipt anymore. Double charges happen. Give a receipt. Cookout now puts barely any banana pudding in my banana pudding milkshake. Where’s the gd vanilla wafers? Where’s gd bananas? It’s 90% vanilla icecream. Do you cut 1 slice of the banana off and put it in my milkshake? You guys are no better than Taco Bell now. Teaspoon of ingredient. Double price.
