Over the last several months I’ve encountered nothing but problems. Every time I’ve gone whether in the morning or afternoon they’ve messed my order up somehow. A fruit punch that tastes like water, a 10 piece nugget with only 7, a large fry filled halfway and they’ve forgotten my apple slices. Last time I went the cashier switched my order with a mobile order and the manager had to figure out what he did. Most of the employees are very nice about fixing these problems but I’m not coming back to this location or any other Bear Family restaurant.

The entire night crew should be let go at this mcdonalds. On top of extreme wait times, on average 10-15 minutes, tonight we stopped by, and as the customers in front of us tried to order, we heard barking coming from the speaker, then as i pull up, they are moaning and barking, as i try to order. Because of that, i had to repeat my order multiple times, and we ended up just pulling out of line after ten minutes. Food is horrible and over cooked, under cooked, or just wrong entirely. Im not sure how it is during the day, but the night crew needs to just be replaced.

I had an upsetting experience here today, I had ordered two iced caramel macchiatos and had pulled up to the window to pay and then the window to receive my two coffees. After telling us to pull forward to the last window to wait for our coffees, four cars behind us had come/paid and received their drinks and food all before we received our two coffees. It had taken about 10 minutes of sitting at the window waiting for just two coffees watching other people get their orders before us and had more items in their orders than we did and received it all before we even received our order. I was disappointed and unsatisfied with the amount of time it had taken to receive my order and upsetting to see multiple cars receive their orders of food and drinks before us when we only had two coffees to be made. This experience upset me and my fiance and made the experience unsatisfying and disappointing.

Old lady had me sitting in the line for like 20 minutes and when I got my order she said my sauces were in the bag and they weren’t of course. Also ordered a chocolate frappe and paid for it and she gave me a Hi C instead and said this is the best she can do… I’m guessing it’s because she was too lazy??? I was speechless I will never go here again

They simply can’t get it right. From technology issues to missing food from orders to a lack of hygiene and sanitation protocols. Couldn’t drink my iced coffee today due to debris floating inside and even in the inside of the lid. Food boxes that look like they were dirty or something spilled on them. Manager is rubbing her eyes with bare hands and packaging food. Let’s hope she doesn’t have pink eye or blepharitis

I am a doordash delivery driver. I had 2 pickups from this McDonald’s. the first pick up it took me like 10 minutes to get the order and when I get the order the old lady told me that they didn’t have frappes. The second order that I got from this McDonald’s I had to sit in line for like 20 minutes, I was waiting so long that I turned my car off and when I get to the window the same old lady says that “we’re not accepting doordash orders and we’re only accepting cash”. I had to cancel my pickup and as I drove off she gave me a smirk.
