Super disappointed with the experience we had tonight. We ordered two medium pizzas, one cinnamon roll, and one garlic Parmesan roll, A 2 L of Mr. Pibb as well as a few sauces. My boyfriend answered the door and took the pizza from the delivery driver, it immediately hollered for me. We only had two boxes and a regular sized soda. Neither of the breads, any of the sauces, or a 2 L of soda was brought. I immediately called the store, I was on hold for 22 minutes before I decided that I just had to go up to the store. When I got to the store they pulled up the order and made the two breads gave me extra soda and my dipping sauces. I had to wait about 15 minutes at the store for the breads to be done, and just a few minutes before the bread was done my boyfriend sent me a picture and asked me to have the pizza remade because it was also burnt. I didn’t end up asking for the Pizza to be remade because I didn’t wanna wait for it, the reason we order delivery is because everyone in our household is super sick and none of us wanted to leave. It was a little bit frustrating when I had to go to have the order corrected, as they didn’t offer to refund anything, and I feel like they should’ve at least refunded the delivery fee as I had to get out and go up there to get the rest of my order. They were nice but I went up and have the rest of my order made, but I did feel like they were not apologetic at all, and almost kind of laughed about it being a joke about the delivery driver that brought our order thinking he was good at his job but he isn’t.All in all, I definitely won’t be returning to Domino’s.

Placed an order through the app. Picked it up myself. They were out of the garlic sauce, which is whatever. They replaced it with a different sauce of my choice. One of the pizzas was missing a topping when I got home. I called the number in the app for the store and got a call center. They transferred me to the actual store. Who never picked up. I called the call center back, and they gave me the actual number for the store. We wanted them to start a new pizza so my partner didn’t have to wait for a new one to be baked. I stayed on hold the entire 11 minutes it took him to drive there. When he got there they told him they were out of the topping we wanted and had gone to get some. So they didn’t tell me, and also charged me for the extra topping. They also told him they never answer their store phone. What’s the point in having a phone if it never gets answered?

This place……..well it’s probably best if only to order during lunch hour cause the night shift is a complete and total joke. So I ordered a sandwich and a two-liter last night that was around 7. After 15 minutes past it was supposed to be here I ordered doordash from Los compas. That arrived within 20 to 30 minutes I ate my entire meal and after I was done cleaned up,and through my trash away the Domino’s guy showed up with my sandwich at around 9. And look completely surprised when I told him I no longer wanted my order because I tried to call up there and cancel it 2 hours ago…… If you look at the reviews you’ll see exactly why and what I’m talkin about. They just absolutely refuse to answer the phone and when you try to go into the store they’re completely disrespectful little kids. I honestly can’t see how they’re still in business

Delivery is never less than an hour and I live 6 minutes away. Decided to go pick up a pizza instead right? Walk in there to pick up my order. They’re all sitting around like I’m invisible. There’s juice world blasting from the speakers so loud that the girl that finally does come to help me can’t hear me and I can’t hear her. Some other skinny light skin girl was sitting on what I can only assume was a prep station on her phone. Gets up, doesn’t was her hands or anything and starts messing with the dough. Order was over 2 HOURS LATE AND I ONLY WORK ROUGHLY 7 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEM. And my food was burnt, cold, and they didn’t even give me a full portion. Email a complaint in but never heard from anyone. DOMINO’S IS TRASH!!!!

They gave me the wrong order, they never answer the phone, I was on hold for over 30mins trying to get my order fixed and nobody answered it. I love how it tastes when I get the right order but it is ridiculous trying to get it fixed. Plus it takes over 2hrs to make and get here and I live 15mins away. I don’t know who let’s it take that long but I’m not ordering Domino’s again. I ordered a thin cheese pizza and was sent a hand toss meat lovers, they hardly get my order right. Or they cancel it when it’s ready to be delivered.

The new management has really turned this location around. The food is timely and correct. Malcolm is kind, caring of customer concerns, and keeps the place in order. If you haven’t ordered from the location in a while, it is worth coming back. 5 stars for a great place.

Took 2 1/2 hrs to get my food delivered and food was NOT hot . Tator tots was promised to be delivered hot and fresh they were NOT they were really old and burnt like they put them in oven again to warm up. Excuse was only 1 delivery driver
