I wanted to give a very big THANK YOU to Chick Fil A for doing everything they can to take care of our work teams breakfast Mon-Thurs last week for a training! They were short staffed and busy and still found a way to deliver our food when we needed it and couldn’t pick it up! In addition, the manager jumped in and helped as needed and was very professional. We had (2) different delivery individuals and they were super nice, friendly, professional, on time, and made us very comfortable. Thank you Chick Fil A for everything!

The first time I visited this location I thought, yikes, this will take a while. Cars wrapped around the building, but I chose to get in line. Kudos, drive in team. They are quick & efficient and orders are always spot on. My go to place for a Cobb salad! Loaded with chicken and a great value.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a chickfila. You can order your food in person or via the speaker and it will never be right. I have tried to give them the multiple chances because they can be busy but it doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. The order is always wrong. Food can also be old at times. They need some serious help.

I love chick fil a but this specific location consistently gets my order wrong 🙁 I will be checking the bag before I pull off from now on! Was very specific about a SIDE salad (I said side like 3 times) and got a kale crunch salad.

Worst service I have ever received at a Chick-fil-A. The attendants were surly and disinterested, making it clear they didn’t care to be there and were uninterested in providing good service. If it was a McDonald’s, you’d expect that kind of service, but Chick-fil-A has always been much better.

Never been to a Chick fil a that didn’t give exceptional service, coming to this location was my first. Other than the front cashier girl, Belle, everyone here has an attitude, no smiles, no customer service. Felt like I was at McDonalds. Order was also wrong, they gave us an attitude when we asked if they could fix it. My dads 4th tender was the size of a chicken nugget. Very disappointed. 🙁

We got here about the time they switch from breakfast to lunch. When we started to order the girl said it would be about 10 to 15 minutes before lunch was available. We waited. We then ordered…the drinks were wrong and when we asked to fix it the manager rolled her eyes at my wife. Strike 1. We waited for about 15 minutes for our food. Strike 2. When we got it, a drink and a fries order we’re not there. When I asked about it the manager said where’s the receipt? So I showed her the bag that had no receipt on it. She sighed and made some comment and then went and got it. We were very put off and it was not just us. I’d say if you look at the day we were there, we are not the only ones extremely unhappy.

I ordered carry out on the app and picked up my food and went home. I actually had to go back inside because when I got back in my car I realized they didn’t include any straws. I get all the way home and they had my order messed up. They had part of someone else’s order in my bag and I was missing part of my order. The food that I did have that was correct was not fresh. I then tried to call the store because I understand that mistakes happen but I called several times and no one answered. I just wanted to get a refund or reimbursement or something but I can’t even do that because they don’t answer the phone. I’ve spent my fair share of money at other chick fil a’s in the area with no issue but this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

Love coming here! There’s always a bit of a wait but the food comes out fresh and the staff is friendly! The only thing is they seem to forget to put sauces and straws in my bag sometimes.
