So let me start off by saying that I usually don’t give reviews as a customer even though in my profession I understand the importance of customer feedback. Here we go…I walked into the store after flying back home late from work (firehouse is not usually my top 20 choices) I wanted something that I hadn’t had in a while. I’m greeted by a young man who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. (Wowed)I tell the guy that I am picking up for a call in order. He politely interacts with me and I noticed the new cold sandwich menu so I decide to order on the fly. In just 7 minutes of me being in the store I had such a positive experience that I ordered another sub. Fast forward, I get in the car and leave while explaining to my wife on the ride home, how pleased I was with my experience. Get home, start eating, and I discovered that they left off one of my sandwiches . I immediately call and get the same gentleman that greeted me when I walked in. He not only apologized, but I could actually hear it in his heart (wowed again). I proceeded to tell him how I was so pleased from my short experience and that I hated that this one error almost tainted my experience. He responded again, how this error had actually disappointed him as much as it did me! (WOWED AGAIN), cause he meant it! It was so genuine the experience actually got BETTER!! . Long story short, good customer service CHANGES EVERYTHING!!! Great Job to the GM, you rock DUDE!!!!!!

Just moved here from out of state and decided to give this place a try for lunch. The food was delicious and the gentleman who helped us was very helpful and so kind, especially to my young daughter. Thanks for a great experience, we will definetly be back!

No matter if you use the app, order inside, or order through the drive thru anything special to any order will not be right. I go here regularly since I love the subs but my wife and son don’t like onions or pickles or mustard etc. It’s never right. Today we ordered from the drive thru and was wrong. Check your orders!

I dont know what it was but yesterday i stopped by the drive thru and got the hook and ladder sub. Guy at the window was great but that was probably one of the worst subs I’ve had from Firehouse. I didnt even eat half of it, and luckily, my son is a garbage disposal and eats anything so he was able to finish it off. Maybe Ill stick to the Engineer sub from now on.

They offer gluten bread but say they can’t make the sandwich GF due to cross contact. Don’t recommend if you’re Celiac. Not sure why they bother offering the GF bread.

I got home with my engineer sandwich and I had everything but the meat cheese and mushrooms I was going to quickly eat before my children got home from school.. needless to say, I had to quickly eat Ramen noodle soup before… I called about it and was told that I would be receiving a gift card in the mail.. still nothing. I’ll change my review once I’m able to try this again.

This place is the worst! My family and I love firehouse. We have enjoyed other locations, but this location has the absolute worst customer service! We have went several times and they try to close early. I was standing by the register and the young lady working had me standing there while she did the trash (which this is just disgusting-didn’t even wash her hands before making my sub)! I was standing there for a solid 5 minutes before she took my order, but It was only when I acted like I was about to record her that she stopped cleaning. Not to mention they had half the store closed down. They frequently mess up the orders too! Not only that, but don’t bother calling your order ahead! They turn off the phone ringer! I’m not kidding, I put the theory to a test and had my husband in the store while I called and the phone was hidden with the ringer off!!! I will not go back!

I ordered a sandwich from Uber eats and this is what I get. A pickle, mustard and cucumber sandwich. No meat, cheese or lettuce. I called to let firehouse know and they said they could remake the sandwich but I would have to pick it up. I’m stuck at work so I’m not able to. I tried reaching out to Uber eats with no luck. So now I’m stuck hungry and short $$ 🙁
