I got their beans & rice bowl. I always get a split on the beans (getting both pinto & black beans), their cheese sauce, corn medley, & shredded cheese! Delicious! I also love their flour burritos!! Its more than a meal!

Cant really trust this location. Got the distinct impression one of the employees might be legit high and the manager is acting like the guacamole is coming out of his own paycheck. The other day my wife came and got a veggie bowl and there was less than a tablespoon of quac on that bowl too. Like what is going on? Also this location is not able to consistently make chips with the lemon and salt. Like how hard is this? I suggest firing everyone and starting over from scratch.

The micromanaging manager acted as if chipotle pays him double to make sure I pay for shredded cheese on my bowl. Made up his own rule of shredded cheese should only be 1 oz (clearly he’s never seen 1 ounce of shredded cheese) and charged me an additional $1.50 for it. Zero customer service, staff seems high or very aloof. 0/10 couldn’t even enjoy my meal after dealing with the manager (short older man with glasses and clipboard writing down God knows what).

I am a huge Chipotle fan but despise this location! I was so excited when they built this location because it’s so close to home. I have been patient thinking because it was so new in time it would get its rhythm and get it together. It’s only getting worse. Every time I come it’s something different. Management doesn’t care about Customer Service. The employees are high, not all but a few of them for sure. One of them is so slow and out of it, I dread to see him because he will spill queso and guacamole everywhere. Then I have to repeat on the side 5 times or he will dump it in my bowl. Then when I get home opening all the containers is a nightmare, disgusting. I get it I was young so I let it go but I now wonder if the laziness caused by smoking is why things are always “out” and this has effected the overall morale of the team. Or maybe they’re all getting high and no one wants to really be there? That’s the vibe I get. Take it or leave it. Last time I was turned away, told I could only order online. I went outside to order and it would be about 10 minutes. Fine but then as I went to hit pay it changed to 20 minutes. I decided to go to the other location. I was able to get in to the perimeter center location and back home in less time. This time it was they said they were out of queso. How are they always out of something at this location? I wonder if they just don’t want to cook it? I never experience these problems at other locations. Before you opened I went to Perimeter Center location and never had any issues. I’m going to start going back there since this location doesn’t want your business.

The team was very rude. I went in to get a meal. My mother made a casual comment about the price difference between this location and the one we usually go to. Not an argument or a request, literally just mentioning that she noticed the difference. The person preparing our food says, “the food is cheaper in the ghetto.” Absolutely insane thing to say. Turns out, he was the manager. Oh, the location we usually go to is in Sandy Springs on Roswell Road! We walked out. No luck contacting customer service about this incredible rudeness.

Friend took me for my birthday lunch. I usually have the tacos but went with a burrito this time. It was very good. Always fresh ingredients! Weather was perfect and they have a nice outdoor seating area.

As I am typing this, I am sitting in this Chipotle. Food was meh ok. But the service was not the greatest. When we walked in, we were the only customers. The guy making the food was very nice and prompt, but the ladies in there omg! Talking taking their time, it took me 16minutes to get checked out at the register. 2of them walking texting and speaking and laughing obnoxiously in Spanish I believe. So unprofessional no courtesy or even acknowledgement that I am a customer and I am about to spend $30 at this establishment. The ladies here need to act like they are at work especially when a customer is present. Not coming to this location ever again!

Decide to give this strange location a try. Since I never see anyone go inside I didn’t know what to expect. It’s actually a very nice interior with adequate seating and a small patio. Line was more manageable than the perimeter mall location. Everything we ordered was as expected, I hesitate to order Togo or drive thru simply because it seems like it could go wrong more often then not. Since I’ve been a customer since the original location in Denver CO I’m not a fan of chipotle drive thru anyways just doesn’t seem logical. I’d say give this one a try I wasn’t disappointed and now I feel it’s a good addition to the village area.

I decided to get a bowl and was treated badly.. I walked in and the entire staff had their backs turned and were cutting up purple onions and lettuce. They paid me no attention that I was standing there patiently waiting.I had to ask if I could get some service and a young man had an attitude that I asked for some service. He proceeded to slowly walk over and keep those onion gloves on. I asked him could he please change his gloves. He had a major attitude but I ignored it. After, he pushed my food towards the register. I waited for someone to ring me up. No one ever came over to ring me up. The other stuff members were still at cutting those onions. SMH. So I had to ask if I can get someone to ring me up and they ignored me and finally a young lady came over with the worse attitude than all of them, ringed me up didn’t tell me how much and throw my food in the bag and just looked at me like I did something wrong. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened up and I’m not sure who ever decided to hired the “Chipotle Kids” I say that because it’s young people who is working with bad attitudes the stuff at that location is very rude and that’s not the way!!!

Food was fine, it’s Chipotle, there’s not a lot of room to fail with most corporate chains. They were short on bottled lemonades, so I purchased a bottled tea to also support the farmers, but it was “slightly” sweetened and I hate sweet tea unless it’s Thai/Chai. American manufacturers make everything taste trashy by sweetening it with whatever cancer or obesity based sweeteners & preservatives they can. Overall, this location is really awful as far as parking lot feng shui, but it was once another business that obviously didn’t have a bustling business otherwise COVID wouldn’t have made them close their doors before becoming a Chipotle.
