Ordered wheat bread, expecting the normal size sandwich, actually ordered 2 because I was hungry. Got my order and had my sandwich on square sliced bread like what you’d buy from Walmart. Paid $11 each for that. Have to call jimmy johns to ask what’s going on. The guy says they were out of normal wheat bread so this is what I get. I try to explain to him it’s nowhere close to the same size, and that I’m basically paying $11 for a simple soggy sandwich I could make at home. He tells me that’s all he views jimmy johns as anyway. I hung up before he heard the things coming out of my mouth. I wish I could give negative stars. You’ll never have my business again, but for the next guys sake, let someone know that you’re out of something. Ridiculous

I was going to leave 2 star review for the man who took my order in the drive through for his attitude and rude demeanor. After not receiving my chips in a 4-item order, I decided on one star. There was no one else in the drive through and no one in the store, no reason to rush or treat a customer poorly. This location needs work. I am very disappointed.

we ORDERED 2 jalapeño ranch chicken wraps & 2 salt & vinegar chips through the drive thru. we RECEIVED plain chips & both wraps tasted like they used TUNA instead of chicken… very disappointed. $28 for stuff we just threw away.

Placed online order through app at 7:15. At 8:15 the app said food was delivered and we didn’t receive anything. Called the store and was told “sorry, you should’ve called 20 minutes ago, we are closed.” Then hung up on us. We tried calling back, but no answer, so we drove to the store. All we wanted was a refund for the $50 in food we never received. Manager never once apologized or offered to make it right. Just said there was nothing he could do since the computers were shut down. Told us to call back tomorrow. We order from here quite a bit, but never again.

My sandwich was ready fast and quick and drive-thru was pretty quick. Staff at the window with awesomely friendly. Sandwich was delicious as always. I forgot to grab chips and they allowed me to add it at the window without a hassle. 16 on wheat bread add sauce is still the best sandwich! Thanks. PS love all the purple hair.

Terrible service. Employees acted inconvenienced that I was there to place an order. Sorry to inconvenience the two girls standing there on their phones. To the dude with the Amish beard that was border line homeless looking making my sandwiches. Good luck in life, bud. You could have at least not tossed the sandwiches on the counter where the customers are supposed to pick up the order. Also, maybe next time you can give that extra 3% of effort and put them in a bag instead of just saying there’s the bags. Jimmy John’s needs some training. Also did not receive my full order and got no receipt.

north 27th location: ordered wheat bread, was made with french. When i asked about this, the guy shrugs and says “we out of it”. Sooooo, no sorry, no here’s a coupon for free cookie, nothing Poorly trained staff as any good mngr would have taught them to either contact person before they get there to ask if that was ok OR explain at pickup and offer SOMETHING as a gesture of customer service! The sandwich was probably the most lacking in ingred that I’ve ever gotten to top it off! Goodbye JJs, I’ll won’t be going back there!!

Plain and simple every time I go to this location your staff is rude every single time seems to be the trend, maybe you need to take a close look at your staff and how to train them to have good customer service. I shouldn’t feel bad or inconvenienced because your Associates don’t want to take my order, they even sigh over the intercom after I give them my order. I used to love eating Jimmy John’s but I stopped because your staff is so rude to me each time not to mention it’s not freaky fast no more it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get one sandwich.
