So good!! Everything we ordered was delicious but our favorites were pork chop and scallops. It was hard to decide what to get because everything on the menu looked amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try more things. We also loved sitting at the bar and watching the staff working in the kitchen. Everything is so beautifully presented. And the fact that they care about quality of meat, produce, oils they cook in makes it that much better. Love this place!

Fantastic experience. Everything was excellent but the pork belly bao buns and the sirloin were the standouts for me. The cocktails were excellent and all the beer was local which is always great to see. Would definitely love to return!

Persepshen, nestled in the heart of mid-town Phoenix, easily claims a spot among my top 5 favorite restaurants for its unwavering dedication to crafting meals from scratch, spotlighting local organic ingredients in every bite. Our culinary journey commenced with an exploration of their innovative drink offerings, including the meticulously curated “Megroni” featuring homemade Campari, and an ingenious twist on the classic old fashioned dubbed “old Skool.” Each sip was a revelation of well-balanced flavors that paid homage to tradition while carving a path of their own.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile now since seeing post from a friend Facebook page. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed! The appetizer and jalapeños Margaritas were delicious but both of our entrees were salty. The service was great through! Would I go there again, probably not.

Super old school space with bar seating, family style or booths.

Persepshen did not disappoint! The staff and owner are all amazing and the food and drinks were out of this world. If they have the 270 dry aged steak, make sure to get it – the flavor was indescribably good. The charcuterie board was huge! Definitely enough for 4 people to share – I’ll be back to try more stuff.

This is one of the best “casual fine dining” restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is just incredible, great quality and flavor, cooked perfectly, and some very unique items. The food really does stand out as being on a level above other places that we love. The crispy polenta street fries are incredible! We got the Chinese sausage steam buns this time and those were wonderful. We’ve gotten the chicken dip in the past and that’s also amazing. The only thing we’ve gotten that we weren’t impressed with was the duck a l’orange, which we just didn’t think the duck itself was very tender. Maybe it was just that particular one we had. But the fingerling potatoes that came with it were the best I’ve ever had, it looked like they were smashed and then fried so they were really crispy on the outside but soft in the center. And the orange sauce went great with them. It’s really fun sitting at the bar because it’s right in front of the open kitchen, but be warned it does get a little warm if you’re the seat closest to the kitchen (worth it in my opinion). Waitress is always great (I forget her name but we’ve seen her a couple times). We’ll keep coming back and can’t wait to try more things on the menu!

This is easily one of my favorite places in town. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful not to mention friendly and entertaining. The space itself is unique and fun. The food is really like nothing else in town. They use great ingredients and put together wonder dishes that allow those ingredients to show their best. If you have not been I cannot encourage you enough to check this place out.

Made a reservation for a birthday. The ingredients were definitely quality and a good selection of dishes. The serving sizes, however, were not consistent from one dish to the next. For the price of the meals it would be nice to see a replacement of silverware between dishes and more consistency of beverage refills. Reservation is definitely encouraged as the venue is small.

Persepshen has one of the most well thought out menus featuring local ingredients and scratch made EVERYTHING! The environment is perfect for a Friday night out with friends but also perfect for a date. All the portions are served with sharing in mind so you can try multiple different menu items. I was very impressed with how fresh every item was but also with the unique flavor pairings and plating.
