This is the second time I have been to this location and both times were a disappointment. First time I ordered a BLT add cucumbers they neglected that I asked for cucumbers. Today I got a Turkey Tom add cucumbers, extra tomatoes and they managed to get that correct however there was only 2 slices of meat on my entire sandwich.

Absolute embarrassment of a “restaurant”. Jimmy’s in by far my favorite, but i despise this location. The few experiences have all been HORID. They will take ZERO pride in your order, and bold face LIE about fixing it. Management cannot ensure food quality or quantity, or even do the little things right, such as cleaning, throwing away expired food (look closely next time inside). No hate on the minors that work there, management can’t (or won’t) train. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY & RISK YOUR HEALTH! (There is a hospital across the street in case)

They seem to keep having issues with getting my order correct. Took the sandwich back one time and got a new one. Another time they said they would mail me a coupon. Never happened. Not sure why this location has gone down hill recently or why they don’t follow thru on what they say.

Small location but ample parking. The people working here seemed very unhappy. The cashier was definitely not having any chit chat either. Just wished the employees seemed actually friendly. The food was prepared extremely fast and was tasty. The dining area was clean.

I try not to complain but I had to make sure I posted this. I ordered a beach club for take out. When I opened the sandwich there was a brown sugar substance on the bread and inside wrapper that you see on roast beef slices, which was not in my Sandwhich, so someone wrapped it with messy gloves. Wasn’t a huge deal, I decided to take a bite anyways but the avocado spread they put on their sandwiches was clearly expired and I couldn’t take another bite. I decided to call them to let them know, and the woman that answered said “uhhh ok? Thanks?do you want to talk to the manager”. I didn’t feel like continuing the conversation. Again, Not a huge deal, this may not be an issue for some but I won’t be going back since there are so many other places I could go to.

We had our food delivered. The delivery gut did not knock or ring the doorbell. I have no idea how long he was at the door. I heard a little grumble from my dog and saw he was there. I met him at the side door. Asked if he rang the doorbell or knocked and he said “no I didn’t want to scare the dog” oh my!
