If i can give 0 stars i will!! This was the terrible experience that i ever had at any restaurants fastfood or coffee shop!! I ordered avocado toast and when i was waiting for my order i saw the young lady opening the guac container and threw the container away instead of the lid… i was thinking oh she will grab another one is fine.. Not even she grab the toast and search in the garbage for the container and take it and spred it on the toast! I was in shock so i asked her what she is thinking? And she just give me so much attitude and not even apologize… unfortunately i was in hurry and did not have time to talk with the manager cuz that was disgusting

Terrible dunks location and just like my review on the other dunkin donuts, they don’t often enough clean the container that holds the iced tea which has caused my spouse to get sick from the bacteria because it wasn’t cleaned to the point you can smell the stench right from the cup. And bacteria inside any restaurant is terrible,scary even. I would NOT recommend dunkin donuts in the berkshires AT ALL.

It wasn’t too. BAd of an experience , they had messed my order up which is fine e it happens I was in the store anyways but the girl looked annoyed at me when I mentioned it and then said sorry that she was the one who read it wrong. Just work on social skills for some other than that s good experience

Stop here pretty much every morning for a couple coffees. Been getting worse and worse with service. Slower and slower. Waited almost 10 minutes at the speaker to order and nothing. As soon as we started to pull away I heard them finally start to talk. To late. All set with that place. We will get our morning coffee elsewhere from now on..
