Decided to try this place cause I was stuck on a 34 hr layover (truckHER life). Went with the bbq beef and crispy shrimp. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend instead of getting the rice, which was…bland and just rice, ask for a double portion of the macaroni salad. It was actually pretty good. The house sauce was divine also. Customer service was good. I explained to the clerk that it was my first time trying Hawaiian BBQ so she answered all the questions that I had and allowed me to take my time in choosing what I wanted without feeling rushed.

Over all is good. Chicken, beef and pork is tasty. Good rice, good steam or boil cabbage. Macaroni is good. Good price. The only thing is the chicken katsu is not hot or fresh. It’s was dry like left over. Only took 5mins to get home and it’s already cold. 4s for that. They are always generous on portion. Chicken plate can feed 3 kids.

Went here for dinner last night and ordered a family meal. The drive thru took a lot longer than most drive thru’s but once I got home I realized that my $70 worth of food was all wrong. So I called the store, drove all the way back and exchanged the meals. They didn’t say sorry, give me any credit back or anything. It was as if they were used to this and that it didn’t mean anything wrong to them. Terrible customer service. You walk up to the register and everyone has their heads down so that they purposely don’t acknowledge you. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Try the one in Eastvale if you have to.

Terrible service!!! Food was good tho. This was my first time here so I was slow in ordering. Both cashiers were rude and would sigh loud everytime I had a question, so I don’t think it was just a bad employee. Seems like the environment is bad. The cashier gave me a hard time about asking question for my son’s food. If my Son wasn’t so hungry I would’ve just left. After ordering my Son and I were the only ones in the restaurant, they just left my food at the counter. They didn’t call out my number or have the decency to walk out and bring us our food. I order it to dine in and they bagged it up for me. The bagged up food is not bad but it’s all the little things that added up to a bad experience. I could add about 5 more negative things but ill stop here. If you like bad attitude with good food, then this is your place. As for me I’ll definitely have Hawaiian BBQ again, just not at this place again.

Drive thru order for two: I wanted the fried fish, but was told that it would take about 20 mins and I would have to come inside to get the order. Okay, because I wanted the fish meal. Confirming my order after ordering for my daughter, the employee taking the order told me again that it would take 20 mins, which suggested that I order something else. I ordered the shrimp for myself and the ribs for my daughter. When I placed the order there were two cars ahead of me in line. As I am waiting for the two cars to continue, Ono could have prepared the fish meal because we were in line over 30 mins. Terrible customer service. Food was delicious though. However, I will not return because it takes too long to receive your order and the expensive food is just not worth the wait.

Worst experience. Went through the drive thru and order a #1 with the spam katsui or how ever you say it. And the lady at the window Famosa-Preciado, Mariana, has us the wrong order. She charged us for an extra side of Katsu chicken when I didn’t order that. I went back through the drive thru to tell her she messed up my order, and she gave me attitude, saying I ordered it. I know what I ordered and never ordered that type of chicken. I’m not sure how she mixed spam with chicken, but hey, English isn’t her first language. After a few moments later explaining that I wanted the spam and a refund for the chicken, I didn’t order the attitude that came out again. Like it’s your not to deliver customer service and if you can’t do your job then look for a better job. I advise everyone to check their order before they leave even if you held up the line longer because this place isn’t accurate on order
