This is the only location I hate! If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The chips are always stale, no matter what time of the day you order, the burritos and bowls are always overly and recklessly stuffed and messy. I walked in today as soon as they opened hoping to get the freshest batch they had on the line. The black beans were dried out along with the chicken and steak not to my surprise. It’s obvious that they just warmed up the food from the night before and served it to me. When I asked the line worker if I could have the chicken that was fresh off the grill being chopped and fresh black beans her answer was “this all we got” like she really looked me in the eyes and lied. They do this everytime I ask for the fresh meat and beans. I stood watching at least 15 people work and yet no one came to the line to take my order for sometime. I genuinely hate it here. 18.00 for leftovers. Save your money and time!

I am extremely disappointed. We ordered online for our food to be ready at 10:50. When we got there we waited until well after 11. I understand they were just opening for the day so I have patience. When i got home and noticed my sons quesadilla was just a tiny tiny torn piece of tortilla I was very disappointed to say the least. As I began to eat my burrito I noticed it was cold but I still tried to be patient. The I realized everything in my burrito rice meant means was cold cold. They served me left overs from the night before. I tried to call to get my order fixed and was directed to Customer support. The lady tired to offer me buy one get one half off the next time I order. I explained I will not EVER BE BACK, at least to this location. This is my worst experience I ever had. And I spent well over 30$ for food we can’t even eat. Very disappointing.Extremely poor quality and poor management. I wish I could have gotten my food fixed or a refund.

Disappointed!!!! Placed an order online this past Friday at 8:56 pm for a salad. When it arrived at 9::32pm it had no lettuce, a drop of chicken(I requested extra), No rice ( I requested), little beans( I requested extra), corn, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. The bowl was half empty. I immediately jumped in my car and made it to the restaurant at 9:43 pm. The doors were locked and a female said were closed. I raised my bag and knocked on door again. She finally came and I asked for the manager and she said come in. I explain to her what happened and she called out for the MANAGER, while waiting another young lady comes up and so what’s wrong with your food? I explained and she said well that’s all we had left and walked off. I asked then why make the order? Decline it and refund my money. She didn’t respond to me at all, so I said are you the manager? She said no and turned back around. A few minutes later the manager appears from the back. I explained and asked what time do y’all close; he said 10, so I asked why are the doors locked already? He said, because were low on food items so why continue to take online orders that you’re unable to fill? He just ask do you have the card you use to pay with? Yes, I do! He gave me a refund for $12.00 and a phone number to call to try and get the rest of my money back. I spent a total of 25.00 for 1 bowl . This location SUCKS

I absolutely LOVEEEEE this location. Their food taste very fresh and amazingly delicious and the people there are very sweet. They weren’t being stingy with my burrito bowl portions at all and it was definitely worth the price!!!

As a law enforcement officer who has been going to chipotles all over the country, I have always received a discount, whether I was in uniform or in my civilian clothing. This location just out of the blue stoped giving the discount unless you are in full uniform. I tried to explain to the teller not ever officer where’s a full uniform to work but she used well my manager said this. The manager was no where to be found. Absolutely disrespectful to law enforcement everywhere as we know we are always on duty and serve with out a uniform.

This was absolutely the slowest Chipotle I have ever experienced, and that’s not an insignificant number. Behind the glass was chaotic and a mess. The food however was Chipotle good, but I would drive the extra few miles and hit the Chipotle in Terrell instead.

We love Chipotle, but this store continues to be sub-par which spoils the experience. The ingredients are not hot, They are continually out of ingredients. The beef has WAY too much fat and gristle. We will continue to drive an extra 10 miles to Terrell rather than waste money at this place. The place needs an overhaul. Wish they’d hurry up.

I just left the restaurant a few minutes ago . The associate that was helping fix my food was very unfriendly I stated that I didn’t want that many onions and she still proceeded to look at me and pile onions in my bowl and look at me like I wasn’t talking . She was really rude and unkind never had that treatment before . I was shocked

I was running late a few minutes past their closing time but I talked to an agent and I was still able to pick up from drive thru still, good customer service the only thing was that I was missing my silverware and no napkings, despite me adding that up in the option circle next to utensils. Great, except for that, good thing I was going home otherwise how do I eat a bowl without utensils. If I would have ordered a Burrito then I’d understand why I got no utensils. I don’t order a burrito because it doesn’t fit in my mouth, so I usually get a bowl.
