When I came inside nobody was at the counter. I had to wait for a few minutes until someone came. They only had original donuts thats it. She told me that every dd in orlando has only the original ones. Even though I was the only person in there I had to wait quite a while for my coffe. Worst experience

The cashier was completely clueless and kept getting confused about our order when there is clearly a sign behind her. Then she calls another person over for help and immediately she gives me an attitude. I order two shots of espresso and she has no idea what I mean .. then this same girl comes over again and puts her hand up and tells me to hold up. Both were rude and unprofessional. They then both said I don’t know how to order. If you’re going to work in customer service, this is not how you treat customers. No wonder it was not busy on a Saturday morning… I left without ordering. We’d rather drive another 15 minutes to a different Dunkin.

Went in wanting to kill time before we headed to the airport by eating ‘s and a little ☕️. Also wanting to take with me to the airport(long layover/flight).We were in the actual lobby at the counter OVER 5 minutes while the employees literally stood in the back gossiping and laughing. The young lady was taking out the garbage and saw us pull in!! She looked at us on her way to the garbage and looked at us walking back to the store. Her glare should have told us to turn around right there. There’s 5 of us all talking. Not only did they hear us, but they also saw us. It was 4 pm. At least lie and say you ran out of doughnuts. If you were busy and left us standing there, I would understand. No joke, we were the only people in the entire restaurant besides the employees. Disappointed is an understatement. Found a Starbucks close and was greeted with a smile and some sweet treats.

DO NOT ever use this DD. The staff is an embarrassment to the retail business. They are rude and crude. Nasty management too. Nina was the best in her business. Most friendly manager but now she left. The treatment of this staff should be revamped. They need lessons on manners and eliminate the rudeness. They don’t even say thank you. They actually yell at you. All bad. I am shocked it is still in business

8:04 am Monday May 29. The woman at the window was so rude. We drove up after placing our mobile order. We announced we placed the order and she snidely responded that the order had just come in and they were still working on it. We got to the window and she said,” just the drinks?” We told her no and she asked us what we ordered and with a nasty tone to boot. Here’s a thought, read the ticket. Perhaps had she done that, my coffee would have been made correctly. Milk is not cream by the way! I couldn’t drink my coffee. What a waste.

Placed an order to go on the app at 8:43 it took the store over 30 min to prepare my order. Customer service is extremely poor. I came here two different times and the cashier (a girl with long curly hair & 2 gold chains ) is extremely rude !!! This Dunkin always has a different crew of staff and you would think the service would get better. Worst Dunkin in Orlando. I recommend going to another one. Poor customer service and long prep times for the simplest orders.

When short staffed all they care about is their Uber orders. We were standing with no acknowledgment of our existence for a solid 15 minutes (so the people behind us were even longer) and they were snippy when asked why we were being ignored. Supervisor was clearly not leadership material. She constantly berated her people. “I’ve told you twice already” instead of taking time to teach and train but, judging by the dejected behavior of the workers from the moment we entered, I’m sure this is a regular situation.

Everytime I go to this dunkin it’s always a long wait but today was the worst. I placed a mobile order for pick up and I waited 20 min to get my drink and food. I noticed my drink was off and asked nicely if they could remake it, the girl at the register had an ugly attitude and they took forever to remake it. At that point I was already waiting 30 min so I ended up leaving without my drink because I had an Uber waiting for me. Very disappointing.

I go to this Dunkin’ very often I always order 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels because they are my favorite. The employees are wonderful but today was different. After ordering my order I went to sit down on my phone. My order was at 10 am and when I went to ask about my order it was 11:20 they told me they were sorry and when I received my order the male employee said give him a half a dozen box of donuts. They said they were sorry but I didn’t worry because I really didn’t want to be home anyway. I will continue to go here no matter how long I must wait.
