Taco Bell here has its flaws. Orders might be incomplete, and expect lengthy waits during afternoons and evenings despite low customer traffic. Think twice before visiting unless you’re okay with these potential hiccups.

Myself and another patron were waiting on our orders for a delivery service, while they had not made it through to the taco bell system we were told to leave and go find other orders ,that he would not be tricked into phantom orders and be giving away free food. Mind you all that was asked was if they had received the orders yet. So as I waited and asked may there be a glitch or lagging on the systems end? I was told by the Manager “you don’t watch tick tock ? I’m not giving food away I deal with phantom orders every day. Not today though ” We simply stood there looking at each other bewildered by what was happening. Well the order finally came through. To say the manager wasn’t thrilled to see that is an understatement. He then went on to threat me saying I was banned and no longer welcome at the store. I told him I had to complete my order and would be on my way. After an couple of hours I went back to ask to speak to the manager or General manager to clear the air. That’s when I found out he was the manager and the general manager.. and “i ain’t got nothing to say to you” also “we ain’t got nothing to talk about” he then stormed off saying he was calling the police. I went outside to de-escalate the situation, he then sent someone outside to get my tag number and read it to him through there head sets. I did record this incident in shock of what was happening. What Is this world coming too?

This is the best-run fast food restaurant in town! The new management is doing it all right. It’s always clean and the employees are very friendly, helpful, and polite. They prepare the food with care and will go to extra effort to make things the way you want. I try to avoid a lot other fast-food places in town because so many seem to have such awful food and lousy service. If you haven’t been here in a while, please give it a chance—you won’t be disappointed.

This Taco Bell is the worst. Our order is often wrong, but the last straw was going and ordering food, to only find a bandaid in our meal. When asked for a full refund of our order, because why would you want to eat anything from there after that?!, they refused to provide it and gave us the run around. Apparently they hire managers, but give them no authority to do simple tasks like issue refunds (never heard of that, but ok). Once we finally get the GM to take our calls, she was very unprofessional, unwilling to listen to what was being said, over spoke and was pretty ignorant. The worst customer I have ever experienced. She began yelling, then hung up on us and when called back, an employee answered and you could hear the GM- Trecia McGee yelling for them to hang up on us. If you like bandaids in your food and unprofessional staff, head over to the TB in Bluewater!

So I backed up and double checked where my tomatoes and sour cream were for my chicken enchilada combo. I get told it’s on it. By pic clearly not. I was 1st talking to a woman taking my order and then a gentleman gets on and says it’s already on it. Well for jus shy of a dollar toppings missing x’s how many customers makes up for a lot of free $ for the company. Love locally and never eat fast food and jus thought ‘oh maybe something I haven’t had in a while’ definitely won’t be going back for 1st the guy jumping on the speaker telling me it was on it like ‘wtf man why u asking qs? Then I asked for my sauce they asked at speaker if I wanted any sauce. I said medium. Nothing in bag. So they said ‘oh we’re out’ ok. Thanks for telling me that before pulling away. Then which with the missing added and paid for items on my main dish which I’m told ‘there on there’. I’m a nice guy always say hi and please and thanks for this type of work they do at any fast food. But this was ridiculous. I was being mansplanned while being a man ????! my tomato and lettuce and sour cream was on my item ordered not in side dishes like I assumed they would be in, which it wasn’t. Thanks for an awful experience and this is from a local with other places so I’ll never be back an doubt this place last long

If I could do a 0 star review – I would. We ordered a number 4 Crunchwrap Supreme meal – and a number 8 Mexican Pizza meal. We were thoroughly let down. The Crunchwrap had an obviously stale tortilla (check the photos) and the Pizza was glued to the top of the box, there were tomatoes as toppers – in the box not even on the pizza. The wrap didn’t taste right – the spare was in just as bad of shape. But, hey the Dr Pepper was at least good. So there is that. We think the tortillas were stale – the beef used was on the verge of turning – and the fried tortillas for the pizza we’re definitely stale. I know Taco Bell is trying to kill themselves with ruining the menu- but- come on- don’t just give up and serve customers spoiled or nearly spoiled food. Hot sauce could not save it.

The wait here was a little long and we were asked to pull ahead. The gentleman who was at the window was very kind and actually apologized after offering a free taco voucher. McDonald’s could learn something from them. The whole experience from speaker to getting our food was very professional and kind. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

I had to ask for my drink after I paid. It seems like a habit the customer behind me asking for the same thing. I ordered a Mexican pizza had a horrible weird oil smell, like over used oil smell and at other locations I don’t experience this with this order and no tomatoes on the pizza had to ask and had to wait. Not the first time at this location. I visited 3yrs ago gonna try 3yrs again.
