I’m thinking they got new management because the experience there now is ENTIRELY different than what other reviews have been. Very clean, customer service is top notch. Much friendlier than the area dictates. Manager Jason seems to run the show in an efficient way that keeps employees happy and passing the good vibes on to customers. His attention to detail and customer service is impeccable also. Highly recommend for a chain pizza joint.

I placed an order on the app and accidentally selected the wrong address which did not have a lot # attached which led to the order being canceled. I called the store to see what had happened and spoke to Jason who had informed me there was no lot # and the phone number I had on file was incorrect so the attempts to call had failed. He apologized immediately (even though it was my mistake) and got my new order going with the same discounts I received on the app. I appreciate the friendly service and that he was willing to make sure we still received fresh pizza at the same price. Customer service is everything! Thanks again!

Their add should say only delivered frozen. Wait 40min then comes frozen and when you call they keep you on permanent hold. Should of been a clue when they have an option for manager. I get places are short handed but I am 1.5 miles from store and it’s cold. No excuse for this paid cash stupid me! Then they hang up on you!! WOW

Don’t come here if you’re hungry and want something quick. Twice now I’ve ordered carryout and waited close to an hour for 2 large pizzas. The first time I thought it was a fluke and they were just running behind. But for it to happen again means clearly something’s wrong with their time management.

I debated writing this review- unfortunately, I feel it might be necessary to inform the public and surrounding areas that this store is unsanitary and run very poorly. They are always messing up on orders and blame door dash for the issues and offer no solution to resolve the mistakes in orders. Pizzas are doughy and often in cooked not to mention you will be argued with by the staff. There is also currently an investigation going on with this store hopefully with FCPD. Let’s just say, their employees or delivery drivers leave little unsanitary gifts in pop bags. Then do absolutely nothing about it- still waiting on a regional manager to call us with an apology for causing our family a great trauma… Run FAR from this location for your families health and safety

Deliveries get passed off to Door Dash. We received the email that our pizza “was on its way” nearly an hour before it actually arrived, 3 miles from the store. The driver didn’t even have a pizza bag in his car when he arrived, just picked it off his seat. Completely cold, not a bit of heat to the box or the pizza. The driver said I could get a refund through Door Dash, but we ordered through the Papa Johns app. We tried calling the store but they hung up on us as soon as they realized what the call was about. No anger from us or anything, they just flat didn’t want to deal with us. We tried calling back but couldn’t get a person again. Finally, we tipped in the app while we were ordering, $12 on a $31/ish ticket because it was snowy out and we wanted to be nice, some good that did. Won’t order from this store or this company again. There’s so many better pizza places in Fort Collins anyway.

Ordered papadillas from this store last night. After an hour they never arrived although they showed up as delivered! Called them and was told doordash must have delivered to wrong address! Reordered and was promised free brownies. Order arrived 30 minutes later from door dash and was cold and no brownies! We’re going to switch to another company!
