Ordering a hot n ready from the drive through… It took roughly 10 minutes to move one space. Finally ordered and then it took another 20 minutes to get to the window. The pizza was hot at fresh, but had we had the ability to leave the line, we would have.

This staff was so rude, she refused to give me my order because the lobby closed in 5 minutes. then she told me I would have to go and wait in the drive through, I waited there for another 25 minutes before I ask for a refund. The employee is very rude and not helpful.

This location has always had super long waits in the drive through and sub par pizza. Tonight, we ordered two pizzas to pick up at the portal. When we got home and started eating, it turned out that one of the pizzas was made with absolutely no sauce on it, which we did NOT ask for. When I called about it, the lady said all they could do is make a new one for us the same day, but we weren’t about to drive all the back over there. When I asked about getting a future pizza for free, all she told me was to just come in when the manager was there. Without something written down or anything, I doubt it would be honored at a future time.

I would do no stars if I could. I was trying to go pick up an order and we saw a sign that there ovens were under maintenance but we didn’t know for sure because some people forget to take down the signs. So we were gonna ask but as soon as we pull around and see all the workers being lazy on there phones, they flip us off for parking in front of subway so not even there own store and they keep doing it to every car that goes through. And as you can see below no one is doing anything and it’s sad to see the manager condoning this.

Placed a mobile order, got notification that my order was ready and in the “pizza portal”. Upon arriving, there was a sign that read drive through only. After waiting 30 min for the 4 cars in front of me I reach the speaker. After confirming that my order is ready, I’m asked to pull up (not able to). I wait another 20 minutes to reach the window, to see Helen. I asked if I could get some pizza sauce, she said yes but I’ll have to charge you. Really !?? I waited 45 min in a long line, while my pizza was ready. What’s the point in mobile ordering if I have to wait in a drive thru?? It was evident that she was in a bad mood. I think Helen may need some coaching opportunities.

My wife and I placed an order online. I arrived to pickup my order through the portal. There was a sign on the door that stated the lobby was closed and to use drive-thru. I had to wait 45 minutes to get to the window. As I pulled up to the window I noticed customers inside. The lady that was up front walked away and sent a gentleman that appeared to have an attitude arrived at the window to assist me. He took another ten minutes to hand me my order. The pizza was cold, the bread sticks were under cooked (raw dough in the middle). And when I asked if I could have come inside, the gentleman only replied with an I’m sorry. No definitive answer. I will not be ordering from here again.

Our pizza is always made perfectly to our specifications, however, this location is always super busy, so you need to be patient. They are doing their best. We had a problem with them never answering their phone in the past, but this last couple of months, they have been answering the phone. Keep up the good work!

They routinely don’t answer their phones because they are understaffed for their rush. I’m guessing thistcosts them somw sales. That said, it’s not bad for $5 pizza.
