Gave Jersey Mike’s a try for a second time after our first horrible experience. Looks like they got a new crew and our subs were absolutely fantastic. The Subs weren’t dry, and the guy making them took his time and double checked on what you wanted. The even better part of our experience was the customer service! The man making the actual subs was great, and the guy at the Register went above and beyond to be friendly and make sure you got everything you needed. Glad we gave this store location a 2nd chance! Big S/O to the fantastic crew!

Placed an order for pick up on the app. 30+ minutes prior to pick up. Selected the time they said it will be ready. Arrived at pick up time let them know whos order I was there for. Said it wasn’t started yet. 8 mins after pick up time they saw they didn’t deliver my order yet. Took all but 5 mins for them to make 3 sandwiches. Finally walked out with order 13 mins past pick up time ! Food was drenched in oil and vinegar when it wasn’t even ordered for sandwich ! Not impressed !

We went to Jersey Mike’s because it was a “dine around” for our school. This was our first time there. It was really great! We got a turkey and a ham sub. I know now to ask for more mustard and more onion (yum!) but overall it was a really good sandwich and I am not a huge sandwich fan. The bread was fantastic. Our online order was ready on time and pickup went well. We will definitely be back!

I work for a local business that is also in Hatfield and when Jersey Mikes opened we were very excited since we order lunch for the office everyday. We’ve placed a couple orders with them and had no issues. The food, as usual with most Jersey Mikes, was good. The customer service that we received today is the reason I am writing a review. We placed an order for 11 sandwiches, coming in at over $120. When we got our order we were missing some sandwiches. I called the store and explained the situation and got “okay…” as the response. I asked if there was any way that we could get those sandwiches that we were missing. The girl on the phone was short and rude and said she couldn’t help. She then put me on hold and got a manager. The manager got on the phone and right off the bat was rude, he said what do you want me to do. I again explained that we were missing the food and would like to either get it, or have a refund. He told me neither of those were options. After some back and forth, I expressed that the customer service we were receiving was disheartening. We order frequently and like to support local businesses, especially one that just opened. The managers response was I know I’ve seen this name come through a lot. I stated that next time we would plan to just order else where and his response was that’s fine. Once we opened the food we found that 3 other orders were wrong. Incorrect food, no refund, and horrible customer service. What a shame.

Hahaha what is going on with all these “local guides” giving Jersey Mike’s 5 stop reviews? You can get a better sandwich literally any non-chain spot or grocer or neighborhood home. These so called “local guides” must be from Ohio or somewhere else miserable. This is embarrassing for montco.
