I went to DQ for the first time here in Pasadena, the door was locked! The hours sign said 10 to 11! I go thru the drive thru, order a Chocolate Strawberry Blizzard, the worst one I’ve had! Nothing but syrup! No Chocolate covered Strawberries! Over priced bad quality!!!

THE ICE CREAM IS ALWAYS MELTED. I live 5 min down the road and I ALWAYS come home to melted ice cream. They serve it like this every time I go here & I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is why I always drive out 10 min to the Richey Location because even when I get home the ice cream never looks like this. They need their ice cream machine to serve it at a colder degree.

Only come once in a while ordered a banana split told them no whip cream. The girl added whip on it and then the hid it so I wouldn’t see it and scraped it out instead of making a new one.. then she put extra fudge to hide the whip. SMH…

Poor customer service and cleanliness standards. First off the guy was being rude from behind the counter and treating us as we were trying to get over for drinks we had purchased. Then the same Guy who I assume to be an owner sent an employee who made the mistake of giving him the wrong size to take the being used cup from my co worker. Then he placed the used cup back with the others. I immediately requested a refund and paid for the drinks and left. Employees are required to have safeserv training…..this service and behavior today was unacceptable. People like this are the people who don’t like to waste and lack respect for those patronizing their business- to prevent waste they will risk customer’s health.
