My husband and I love trying new places, and we were not disappointed with our visit to Seasons 101. We did not have a reservation and were seated promptly. The biscuits and homemade butter served to us were delicious. We had fried green tomatoes for an appetizer. The combination of the goat cheese, balsamic, and lemon scented creamy spinach on the tomatoes was a superb combo. I had a refreshing raspberry lemon mojito. My husband enjoyed the Duo of Maple Leaf Farms Muscovy Duck, and I had the Springer Mountain Chicken Breast Florentine. Our dishes had unique flavor combinations and were very filling. We ended our meal with the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake. It did not disappoint! We will definitely go back here when the menu changes with the season. The rating of a 4 on the food would be a 4.5, but I cannot click a half star. I felt the food temperature on all dishes could have been warmer. It was not cold (and again, it was delicious), but I like my food more warm. I am so glad we stumbled on this upscale restaurant off the beaten path. Our server was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and pleasant!

Finally got to try this place and it greatly met my expectations! We went for dinner this past Monday I made reservations just in case.. but we got there and were seated immediately of course. The environment is nice and quiet candles around set a nice atmosphere. We ordered Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna for appetizer and it was delicious . They serve flatbread with hummus butter with like sundried tomatoes before your food so good! My daughter ordered the Ribeye Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans, my son had the Seasons 101 Burger, my husband the Summer Tomato Salad with steak and Black Bean Soup; I had the Vegetable Pasta Primavera YUM!!!

Super easy to reserve a table going through Google Maps. The patio area was pleasant, and the hostess even made sure we wouldn’t be bothered by the glare of the setting sun. Our server Brian was most knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. And the food? Absolutely delicious! The best part was the staff made us feel comfortable with conversation while maintaining a professional boundary. Highly recommend!

We have been trying to make it out to this place since we heard that it opened and it did NOT disappoint. My wife and I enjoy a fancy dinner where they chef actually knows how to make a meal that is a work of art with the different flavors and textures and this is it. If you don’t appreciate classy food you will just feel like you overpaid for a steak. If you appreciate real culinary masterpieces then you will LOVE this place. We started with the complimentary flat bread and sun dried tomato spread, Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and then we both shared each others entrees. I got the ribeye and she got the salmon. The portions were very generous and the flavor was out of this world. The salmon was my favorite. We ordered it medium when they recommended it medium rare and we probably should have went with their recommendation because it was bit dry, remember these people know what they are doing this was totally our fault. I am not a mashed potatoes guy but the ribeye was on the potatoes and I can’t wait to try it again. Man it was so good and a great date night place when you have a sitter. Don’t expect to get out of there with a $15 budget. You get what you pay for and you are paying for a phenomenal food experience.

Sevierville has a winner befit of a big city. Seasons 101 was fantastic from walking in the door until pushing away from the table. Our server was efficient, friendly and well trained. The atmosphere is comfortable upscale with casual comfortabiliyy as a baseline. Service was prompt and the menu had enough breadth to cover most palates. Our appetizer and main dish was exquisite and seasoned to perfection. Presentation was well executed and photo worthy. Desert was just perfect in proportion and was a real hit. All in all 5 stars . We will be back soon!

We went there yesterday for the first time, we had a late dinner, from the moment that we stepped in we were greeted by a super nice and attentive host, the restaurant looks amazing, the food was delicious and our waiter Ethan was fantastic, I am really picky about my wine and he helped me choose the best one. At the end of our dinner we were greeted by the owners, extremely nice and friendly people, based on our conversation I could see that they are really passionate about what they are doing and they are doing it perfectly, I think we just found our favorite place in Sevierville, we will definitely come back every time we get the chance!
