We ordered inside and through the app for “table service”; the person didn’t even come to the table, they just called our table number. Definitely not the cleanest of locations; I think they just got done with breakfast rush

I’d give this review zero stars if I could. I placed a mobile order at 9:45 and was at the store to pick it up at 9:53. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was VERY rudely informed that they were closed and refused to make my order even though it was before 10 p.m. I was then told I’d have to cancel my order through the app, but you can’t cancel the order or request a refund without calling an 800#The customers in front of me received their food no problem. I understand that restaurants struggle with staffing and that may affect their hours of operation but I did nothing to deserve rude behavior and for my order to be unfulfilled and out of my money for the time being. I spent my entire evening setting up my classroom and was badly needing to eat, so thanks for nothing.

Don’t know how to start! Took over 20 mins to get my food thru drive up window. Ordered the Mcnugget meal. Was fit for my dog to eat. Nugget burnt.Frys ice cold. And did I mention they forgot my drink. This is not my 1st bad experience here. Never again from here id get better service from a gas station.

Ordered the Grimace birthday meal, only to be told they don’t make the shakes ♀️ that’s kinda a big deal in the birthday meal. Then, at the window, I don’t really want to see some girls stomach, just not very professional. On top of that, we heard repeatedly that the floor was too wet and someone else better mop it because she was not going to. Not a very good experience this time.

Honestly worse service I ever had. This young woman of colour got our order wrong at the drive thru four times and we asked if she could do a frappe (since it was late) and she said yes so I ordered a frappe and when we got to the window we were handed a sprite and we said “excuse me, we asked for a frappe.” and she leaned into the window and said “look our frappe machine is down for cleaning so I gave you a sprite” and then forgot our nuggets and gave us a chicken mccrispy deluxe instead of a chicken bacon ranch deluxe mccrispy (as it was on my receipt) also charged us on our first ticket for two ranch we didn’t get or asked for. When we went back and my sister tried to correct her on her attitude as she was just extremely rude to us while we tried to be kind and understanding as I used to work at McDonald’s and my sister is a manager of 4 years toward us she just said “you want an application or leave” and then walked away and had a big burly kitchen guy at the window till we checked our food a second time to ensure it was correct and left. 10/10 don’t recommend them. The customer service was really bad. Was never asked if I could be helped, and another customer asked to be helped, and the worker was rude with her answer. Other customers waited 10 mins before they were helped. Kids these days don’t care about the customers any more.

Very slow at the drive through, the spicy chicken sandwich is way under any other competitors sandwich the fillet of fish came to me like this had to wait to get home to eat that with it’s abundance of tartar sauce and the fries had no salt. I would stop on either side of this McDonald’s next time, but hey the coke was good.
