Not very friendly girls who were working. I ordered 3 donuts. My grandson who is six wanted to sit to eat them so we did. My custard filled donut was pretty much all donut and no cream. And @ 10 min still to closing the girl turns the lights off and proceeds to put the chairs on the table while we were still eating our donut, how rude! So we decided to just go . I let her know there were some sprinkles on the table from his donut. She didn’t say anything she just put the chairs on top of it. Poor poor customer service that night. I don’t understand why people take jobs that are with the public if they hate it, makes no sense.

I went there at 6:25pm and the lights were turned off and their sign says they close at 7:00pm. This isn’t the first time happening. The employees gave me and my children the dirtiest look. Why list store hours if they aren’t going to not be open. It’s frustrating! I don’t appreciate that the employees gave my children who are under the age of 5 dirty looks. They have no customer service whatsoever. There was no sign that said they were closed. Overall this is disappointing.

I left the walmart, drove to Jeannette, went through the drive thru, got my food & got home in the SAME amount of time I STOOD THERE WAITING TO ORDER. It’s as if Dunkin was like “Oh you think WALMART employees are bad!? Just wait til you see who we hired!” The person working the counter couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me and say “just a moment.”

For a Dunkin Doughnut franchise these employees looked at me like i was an alien when i asked for an iced Vanilla Bean coffee..I talked to 3 different employees and still ended up with a French Vanilla iced coffee..Was not impressed with this place at all..

Went in to find the employee and must of been a friend chatting for a good 5 minutes before finishing the order to move on to the next customer which was me. No greeting, no apology for the wait. I proceeded to order the Brown Sugar Cream Cold Brew in size medium advertised for $3. She said your total is $4 and some change. I asked why it’s not $3 and tax with this $3 promo? She goes to get this guy who comes out to say that they are changing the promotion. I said okay but the sign is still up as I pointed to the advertised sign. He comes storming out from behind the counter to see for himself and says the same thing again, they are changing the promotion. He proceeds to start peeling off the sign so I had asked if he was the manager? He said yes. I asked for this name because he was not wearing a name tag. I also asked to take a picture of the sign for when I call and file a complaint and he held the sign as I did so. I then asked Dillan if he was willing to do anything about this and again he said there was nothing he could do. I left without buying anything. I went to Starbucks and got a Venti (large) Brown Sugar Cold Foam Cold Brew for less than $3 as Tuesdays they offer half off. Starbucks for the win! And since Dunkin’s oven was broken, I was actually able to grab something to eat too.

Edited as Dunkin responded-I was contacted and was reassured the food I was served was not old, just overcooked. They said they had a new employee and that this was a known issue that they were trying to resolve. I altered my review because the woman I spoke to was genuinely concerned and was extremely kind about the situation. They did offer to replace my purchase and I really appreciated her honesty about the situation.///// Was sold 2 day old food. Ordered a dozen, drove all the way home, opened the box to find what I can only say were rocks and not donuts.. you could even see the icing was old. Why, just why? To knowingly do that is just wrong. You can’t tell me the management/owner would be unaware of this. Just gross.

Ordered online. Got to the Monaca store. Closed. They took my money. Had to drive to Chippewa store didn’t have much of what I wanted. Out of donuts at 8:30AM. I am so sick of getting to the store and they NEVER have what you want. Poor customer service at Chippewa.
