ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! My family comes to this location often and tonight noticed all new ppl, they were not busy at all and all food was HORRIBLE. Babygirl ordered extra cheese on nachos and their wasn’t even a good amount on them, my goritta crunch as pictured just horrible, no sauce, husbands quesadilla was not cut at all, nacho fries all over the place. ♀️

Can I please tell me why everytime we order from the Taco Bell in lubbock texas off 4th and frankford, our order is always wrong! And some of our order is left out of the bag! What’s worse they have an attitude when u tell them and make ur food messy! They even told me they don’t have a corporate number or an owner’s number! I’ve been there 6 times in a month and they have messed up 6 times on my orders!

This was the worst experience I’ve had with Taco Bell. They got my whole order wrong and had beans on everything. There was no meat on any of my food and most of the food was either soggy or tasted old, the person at the window was so rude and just shoved my food at me. I called to complain to the manger and she could care less no apology or even sounded like she cared. She said she couldn’t do anything but remake the food. I let her know i didn’t wanna to go to the location. They got my food wrong! And the way she was acting, make me not want to go to taco bell ever again. I would give no stars if i could.

Don’t use their online app, been here a few time to eat just this month and still can’t get my rewards or the free burrito I was promised when downloading. They have no control over the app and refuse to help with it. So over it. No one works with you or wants to try to understand. If you can’t give the stuff you promise then don’t offer it.

Newly renovated, just reopened this week. Obviously people have been missing this Taco Bell. Very crowded both inside and drive- thru. Inside is nice, but not fancy. Beware the menu has been updated and they no longer have a combination burrito…they can make it, but only if they have ‘old’ employees that know how to make it. Food came out fairly quickly, pretty standard food that you get at an Taco Bell. Please be aware that if you sit at the table in the middle table, the purse hooks have sharp edges right at knee level and took a chunk out of my husbands knee.

All meat burritos with everything. Add sour cream and onions. First they couldn’t find my ticket I had requested when I ordered. Finally a lady came up and printed my ticket and said he didn’t print it. I know they can send them to you on your phone. After I got home I found the tortilla was cold and cracked, the meat was cold, no onions and no sour cream. I had some tortilla here so I rewrapped my burrito added sour cream and chopped up some onions. Taco bell , sounds like you don’t want repeat business.

Didn’t know I ordered my food with no meat… let alone invisible hot sauce. And to get told I can drive back and have it fixed, the point of a drive-thru is so I can eat on the go or at home. Not the only time the service has been horrible but it will be the last time for me.

Has been a while since I have been to this location. Not surprised they still cannot craft a simple item nachos bell grande no sour cream…. there is no cheese. I am in direct position of meat chips and beans. Can’t call the location either due to number out of service.

They would not take our order at the counter but made us use the kiosk. The menu was very hard to select items as how to find them was unclear. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The radio was on the fritz, turning off and on regularly, and they could not turn it off because they didn’t know how. Why have a business if you do it so poorly? Seriously terrible experience, even it is was fast food. Have a little pride in your business or don’t be in business!
