Unfortunately Papa John’s has out sourced their delivery – Pizza was sitting at their location for 45 minutes waiting for someone (external) to pick up. Called to ask where it is? They’re waiting for someone to pick it up was the response received. If you cant have a delivery driver on staff then I will not use your business. You may get your pizza you may not. Use at your own risk.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location and each time the order has not been correct. this time I had a simple order. A large pizza with bacon, pepperoni, pineapple and garlic parmesan crust. The crust did not come correct and I also ordered a side of jalapeno poppers with marinara sauce and it did not come with the marinara sauce.

Employee who took my order over the phone was incredibly rude. He spoke very quickly and far from the phone and got extremely impatient and upset when I asked him to repeat himself, and would get even more frustrated when he constantly needed me to repeat myself but would not acknowledge that he heard me, so I would repeat myself again and he would cut me off almost YELLING saying that he heard me. He asked me almost no questions so when I asked if he needed my payment details towards the end of the call he quite literally yelled into the phone saying he didn’t ask. I’m not normally one to leave a review because I know food service workers are often just trying their best as I have worked in food service myself but this guy just went above and beyond with his shortness, impatient and rude nature, and overall terrible customer service.

I ordered from here for a while. And now, this is the last time. I ordered 2 Large Pepperoni’s with Dr Pepper. I waited +45 minutes for them which is normal. Then i get word saying they delivered it and guess what? They never showed up. So i had my friend call them cause of my phone being dead and also, the cell service was off and he told them what happened. They said they will have them remade. In which we then start to wait again. More time passes… Driver calls to ask where the address is at and he told him. She just straight up hung up while discussing where I live. And now… Nothing came up. No one showed up, no one called him, they just blocked his number. So now, I demand a refund after spending $46 dollars to them. I am fuming. They took my money and those people who didn’t order pizza just got free food.

I just had the best pizza of my life. The cut of the pizza was absolutely pristine. I effortlessly removed the pieces. I had to ask the manager what artist cut my pizza, and he said George Geoffrey Gaspari. A single tear of joy shed from my eye. This man should be employee of the month, year, century, I don’t care. I will never eat pizza from another establishment as long as George works here.

Just went to pickup a pizza, person that was working said he was the only one there and had no staff said he would make the pizza instead he just sat there cussing and talking to a pizza driver, then after waiting 20+ mins decided he was going to quit. Told everyone there that he was done not making food and we would get a refund. Wish he would have said it from the beginning that he was quitting instead of having me sit there and wait while all he did was complain.

Ordered a pizza for ASAP pickup via their website. Was given 40-50 mins for the order to be ready per their tracking system. I showed up at 45 mins and was told to come back one hour later. They are short staffed and have huge backlog of orders which is understandable during a KU game but nowhere do they communicate that the order is going to be delayed until I show up. The employee blames the website for wrong tracking info. I am not sure how I am responsible for their corporate issues. Would have preferred if they did not accept new order so I would have ordered elsewhere.
