Our first time here. We had Sunday brunch and the food and view was great. we sat on the patio and there happened to be live music going on on the floor below so that was a treat. I had the crab brunch combination, the eggs included corn which was an interesting ingredient but it was surprisingly good. My aunt had the steak and eggs and she really enjoyed them. This is a hidden gem and I recommend visiting.

Ok, so the kitchen was a little slow and it’s on the pricey side. But it’s so worth it. Amazing setting/ atmosphere. Once we got the food, it was all really delicious.

Tried the brunch at Waters Table – really like the order off the menu brunch – everything was tasty and affordable – esp chicken and French toast, and avocado toast and farmers breakfast. Bottomless mimosas with 4 flavors are a great deal! Service was excellent too Feels like a special occasion place with the great view and after brunch you can walk down to the dock and people watch or have a drink. Only critique is for a really nice hotel and restaurant, the fabric chairs were awfully dirty – could use a shampoo

We love Water’s Table! We consider ourselves regulars after discovering it during a stay at the Hyatt. Since then, we go back regularly for lunch or dinner to enjoy the view and the wonderful food, paired with a bottle of The Chief Cabernet! Love the patio, love the service, love the food and atmosphere!

Located inside Hyatt hotel and next to the lake, very nice place for summer. Went there for the Mother’s Day brunch buffet, the food was okay, the dessert was the best part of the buffet. The staff were all super friendly.

You would think the service must be great in an in-house restaurant like this, well that’s the wrong assumption. I don’t know what exactly happened but there was a 30 minute wait after we sat down and before we got anyone’s attention — no water, no greetings. We’ve been sitting there watching other guests come and go with their orders taken and served. Our waitress seemed to be more interested in prioritizing cleaning up another table where no new customers came, even after we tried to get her attention.

The location and atmosphere are what give the place life. The service was nice; no problems at all. The food did not justify the price. The calamari was okay, the same as pretty much anywhere else around but smaller quantity. We splot the lamb, which was very good, but the sides that came with it were not. The potatoes were okay at best, what we think were carrots had a plastic flavor to them, and the sauce isn’t something I could see myself using in any application. We both had a cocktail, and they were delicious, but given what drinks cost, they couldn’t save the experience. Water’s table isn’t bad, but I can think of many better meals that $120 will buy.

Nothing really stood out about this restaurant at all. Food was good, but nothing special; not unlike anything you would find in any other place in Seattle that focuses on higher priced surf and turf.
