Always disappointed to have to leave a negative review but I have given this place 3 chances to get it right and they continue to mess up at the simple stuff. My first experience was an incorrectly made order a few months ago. Today, they messed up my order not once, but twice in a row after I clearly explained my order both times. I ended up just eating the sandwich incorrectly. To add insult to injury, all of the employees there looked spaced out and one of the young women working there was whispering out order numbers and nobody could hear her. Not only did they mess up my order but they also messed up the person that ordered after me.

I order from here all the time for delivery through the app. Never any issues after dozens of orders, quick turn around and pretty consistent. For those angry about one too many tomatoes or slow during a lunch/dinner rush…dude, it’s a sandwich

I called to place an order for delivery. We have been regular delivery customers for nearly 2 years. Apparently we are actually outside of your delivery range, which is fine. This could have been communicated by politely telling me this. Unfortunately the manager working this evening decided to inform me of this by being rude, hateful, and unprofessional. She repeated herself multiple times and told me that she has worked there for 4 years and knows that they have never delivered to our address. I was completely taken aback by her rudeness and hostility. She also refused to give me the name of the store manager and hung up on me. The worst customer service ever! You have now lost a very regular customer. We love your sandwiches, but will not give our hard earned money to a business who’s manager berates their customers.

Update : JJ responded with email us but then doesn’t do anything about it ….Sandwiches were okay . The service was poor . The staff were not well kept in appearance . No one washed their hands before putting gloves on . Then instead of sanitizing the cutting board several employees used their gloves hands to wipe the cutting board crumbs back into the food they put on the sandwiches . Umm cross contamination !?! Also , super dirty . Six young employees standing around going super slow to get things done . Won’t be returning to this location .

We are frequent customers of the Redmond, Oregon location. An occasional error on an order happens, and is usually taken care of appropriately with no problem. However our latest experience was a three sandwich order and all three were made incorrectly. When brought to their attention about the first sandwich, the young man making sandwiches was happy to correct the mistake, a lady behind the counter rudely joined in on the conversation from across the prep area, and told me to throw the sandwich away they don’t take them back. I get that, but the proper thing to do is to take it back, dispose of it, and remake the sandwich. When we realized the other two sandwiches were also wrong, she demanded to see our receipt, which was not a problem as it showed the correct way the sandwiches were ordered. One sandwich was made missing items that are on the menu, the other two included items that we asked to have left off due to food allergies, so our requests were not unreasonable. We only needed one sandwich remade and just asked for a little container of the peppers left off of the one sandwich, and we were willing to take the tomatoes off of the other, so again not unreasonable. Not sure who this lady was, but she needs more customer service training. On the plus side Autumn the young lady at the register is always friendly and professional, and the two young men making sandwiches that day were friendly and professional as well, and they seemed to be handling a busy time well despite this incident.

At 7:15pm I ordered 2 #9s with guacamole, the sandwich did not have guacamole on it. Not a big deal, it’s an honest mistake and I ordered close to closing time. I got through half of my sandwich and and pulled a piece of what looked like plastic wrap out of my mouth. At first I thought maybe it was like meat skin or something but upon further inspection and a second opinion it was with out a doubt PLASTIC. I felt sick, I’ve never found actual garbage in my food before. I examined the rest of the sandwich and luckily that was the only piece of garbage that made it’s way into my food. By the time I made this discovery it was already 8pm and I assumed they had closed. I will be calling in the morning to request a refund or some other form of compensation. I don’t leave reviews on places but this could’ve been hazardous to my health if I hadn’t noticed and accidentally swallowed it.
