This place used to be good, we went there yesterday while on a little shopping trip and had an early dinner. The kids working there were all laying around in the booths, one got up and took our order, we got it pretty fast. The chicken, fish, and fries were soggy with grease, not very warm, and didn’t taste all that great. I guess it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile. We won’t be coming back, that’s for sure!

Use to love coming here when we come to Rolla, the food and atmosphere use to be really good. But the last two times we came wasn’t good. And this is the last time we will ever be back. The fish and chicken and shrimp must have been sitting under the heat lamp for a very long time. Hard as a rock and not edible to eat. And also we ask for cocktail sauce in a cup and it barely covered the bottom of the cup. We had to ask for several of them to get any sauce. But the worse thing of all the flies were bad while we were trying to eat, and getting ready to leave there was a roach that crawled across the table…so disappointing.. we will never go back again, and we always came here for years, and it was usually pretty good! After seeing the roach, the health department needs to be called in!

We’re great rooms and very clean! Was a bit non impressed with their overnight check in and ALLMOST has a hickup throughout the experience but was overly very satisfied with EVERYTHING ABOUT the whole OVER night stay!! Thank u windcrest motels..

I’ve been here a few times by now, and I always get green beans and corn as sides. They were always normal except for this one time where they were so salty that I might as well have been eating a cup of salt instead of a cup of green beans or a cup of corn. Either whoever was staffing the restaurant that day are hilariously incompetent or they developed a vendetta against me simply based off the way I sound when ordering and saying thank you. There was also this one time where I ordered the grilled salmon which was featured front and center on the menu. Now I understood that some dishes take longer to make than others, but they took more than 30 minutes to prepare my food. At the very least I would like a warning when my order of “fast” food will take that long, because I ordered more than 30 minutes before my shift started, and I had to leave for work without my food and come back for it later.

Sigh…ok,order was wrong,gave extra chicken instead of fish…and see the pictures for dissapointing samples of that fish and chicken we were served. I think this is another restaurant that will be closing very soon. Just sad. I guess i should be more upset,especially me paying over $36 for a family meal. Fish also tasted old. Same with chicken. Do not recommend this particular LJS in Rolla.

No other customers there, had to interupt employee from his phone games to take order, specials posted outside were not listed anywhere inside, bench seating old and some had cuts with duct tape, air conditioning must not be efficient, flies greatly outnumbered employees…
