It’s unfortunate because Dina Mia’s frozen pizzas are great and historically this restaurant has been pretty good too. However, they are currently extremely short staffed, leading to unreasonable wait times, especially with kids. I hope they are able to find and retain additional staff.

They were extremely shortstaffed. I could easily look past wait times because of staffing shortages, but I can’t look past the extremely poor customer service, and rude behavior and comments from the bartender ( supposedly the manager as well) and waitress. Don’t take it out on the customers that your overwhelmed. My sister and I witnessed this treatment to everyone at the bar. When one group asked if they could be added to the list the waitress (Laurie) snapped on them and said she was an hour out at least and stormed off without taking their name. The gentleman in that group said if he was the owner, he would fire her. They had everyone at the bar on a 45-1 hr. waiting list, ( I was ok with that)with more than 50% of the tables empty. But…people that were walking in and choosing to not sit at the bar were seated and served immediately. What kind of system is that?? Then our bills were wrong and the waitress and the bartender got angry when we pointed out they overcharged us. I won’t be going back to this establishment again. Plenty of other places to go for average at best, bar food.
