I ordered a sub to be delivered to my job came fast but upon eating most of my sandwich I looked down and see a blue streak on bottom of bread and I looked on the wrapper and there was a piece of blue hair in my wrapper. That’s absolutely disgusting we pay enough because the sandwiches are expensive as is they did refund my money but never got a call from anyone higher up as you would think I would have.

I ordered a sandwich and was ready to pay for my purchase with a $50.00 bill and was told by the cashier I could not be that the purchase was for $8.29. I told the cashier I would purchase another item and he stated it would have to be at least a $40.00 purchase. I went next door to Chipotle and made a 3.00 purchase to return and buy a sandwich from Jimmy John’s. I then asked to speak to a manager but was informed one was not available. I then asked for the franchise owner’s information and was told he could not provide that information. I was given a number to customer service and contacted them to make a complaint. There was no sign in the store stating you need to spend a certain amount if you were paying with a $50.00 bill. Hopefully, I can get an answer if not I will take my story to share with the news. I frequent this particular Jimmy John’s and never had an issue. Always remember business thrives on word of mouth.

Their sandwich bread is very good and I feel like I could eat just a loaf of that. The tomatoes on my tuna sandwich were mealy and I didn’t like them. The tuna sandwich wasn’t as good as a previous Jimmy John’s I had eaten at, but it was still alright.

My name is Latasha and I ordered a sub I asked the cashier what came on the sub and she told me wrong when I got my sub I had guacamole on the sub and I cannot eat guacamole because I am allergic to guacamole plus I do dialysis The guy said he would not make myself over the worker said he would not make the sub over was very disrespectful to me and my husband wipe this hand on my sub on the bread and said that’s what he can do for me they did not give me my money back they did not make my sub over me and my husband will not come back to this establishment and we would like to have our money back we would like to have the owner to get back in touch with us we was very disrespected and I just want everybody to know do not come to this establishment I will do everything I can to get my money back because I deserve to have all my money back we got two combos and two extra subs and we deserve to have our money back so somebody needs to please contact us back thank you very rude and disrespectful staff

My first time visiting this location, and I greeted the staff, but they really didn’t speak. The guy at register kinda rushed me. He acted as if he did not understand my order, and had to ask for napkins which the young lady said there were napkins in bag but wasn’t!! Overall my sub was delicious, but customer service could be better.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Went in and ordered two subs then put in my phone number for rewards then was told I was able to get free chips or pickle, as I got two combos anyway I went to get the other two then was yelled at very rudely by the young lady taking my order. Startled by her reaction and her easing her voice (which is not professional at all) it made me very confused what she was talking about until a young man in the back stepped in. The way she made it see was it got counted out of my order (which was not, added into my transaction but was misinformed from the unprofessionalism). This is no way to run a business if you’re people upfront do not know how to treat loyal customers. I thank the young man for stepping in the situation but it will be awhile before I come back.

Went in today and ordered a large Italian sandwich. I asked to get one half without onions and the other half without lettuce. I was told no and I would need to order 2 sandwiches. I should have walked out right then and I regret that I didn’t because they still messed up my “2 sandwich” order. They were in such a hurry to be “freaky fast” that they made the sandwiches on the wrong bread. Maybe slow down just a little. People do not go there to watch you make a sloppy fast sandwich, above all we want good food. Never will I be back unless I see a Jimmy John commercial that says we slow down to make sure we get it right. Freaky fast is not a good business practice, Quality over quantity.

My first experience so far with Jimmy John’s & it has started off good. I ordered one of the new “skinny” sandwhiches. Delivery was in less than 10 minutes; that was crazy(in a good way)! The sandwhich was awesome & the delivery driver was very courteous & polite. I’ll be ordering from here again.

I used to really like this place. But the last two times I’ve ordered they messed up my order. They either sent the wrong thing or they forgot to put something in the bag. Today they forgot to put two items in the bag and the bread was so hard on the bottom that I couldn’t eat it. That’s the first time I’ve had that issue and it’s hard as it was you think they would not have sent it that way. It’s not like they could have missed it. Seems like they just don’t care.

Freaky fast! I have never had to wait longer than 5 seconds for my sub at the Colonial Heights JJ’s! The inside is always clean, the employees are always friendly, and the food is always excellent! Your mom wants you to eat at Jimmy John’s!
