Recently placed an online order for delivery. After completing the order, it was necessary to add more pizzas. I was not able to connect with anyone by phone (I am giving the employees the benefit of the doubt as it was storming that night, and they could quite possibly have been extremely busy). Thankfully this establishment wasn’t too far. I drove over to make the additions and change the order from delivery to pick up since I was there. The employee who assisted me was able to make the switch with no issues, reimbursed the delivery fee, and provided cash to make up for the tip I added on the app. Great service! And I’ve always enjoyed Papa John’s pizzas.

If you like gluten free, cardboard tasting, thin crust pizza then this is the best place to get your pizza. The last time I ordered from them their pizza wasn’t nothing like that. The wings were ok. Also, the jalapeño with the pizza looks as if someone sucked the life of it.

Jason is the absolute worst manager I’ve ever encountered. I worked for pizza companies for years, 2 of which being Papa John’s, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. We received an order that was placed online. Put “leave on porch please” in the instructions, along with no contact. The last time I put just no contact, the driver waited 10 minutes until I could get to the door. We are in the middle of a pandemic and no contact should mean no contact. However, regardless of this, common sense should prevail that when you bring an order and leave it, you should ring the doorbell if one is available. Not realizing my food was sitting outside, our pizza was covered in ants. We have a bench on the porch. It could easily have been set there. Even just leaving on the ground level of the porch, ring the bell. The “manager” decided to argue with both myself and my husband. He was reluctant to come up with any resolution and the one he had was 1.5 hrs to get a new pizza and it would cost an additional $4. Completely unacceptable. If you don’t have a good attitude and want to be rude to long time customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I will NEVER order from this location again!

I called to report that my pizza was undercooked and was told “all our pizzas go through the same oven”. Well I guess they’re all under cooked!!!! 3 pizzas for $50 and they couldn’t cook it through, deliver it on time, or provide good service when I called. This is a picture of the pizza dough under the toppings. I bit into the pizza and it was same consistency of warm uncooked dough. That is not cheese!

So we have been getting the New York style foldable pizza from Papa John’s we got it three times now the first time they made it and delivered it it was wrong it was just regular hand tossed and it was thicker crust is foldable they gave us a refund and we got another one the second one was delicious perfect the way it was supposed to be made so then we were the third one third one was not right it was a good pizza wasn’t right either was thicker crust so they decided to give us another pizza and I’m just gonna take a picture of the pizza and let you judge yourself because I could literally take a photo of me peeling the crust from the pizza. I guess it’s not foldable after all

May 3 2021 order online at7:30 and go pick up one large pizza and just looked weird to me how two slices don’t match with the crust and was a extra cheese pizza so I just kept going cause I was hungry and I didn’t want to wait anymore for another but here is the proof that they just recicle one left over pizza and added two slices and it shows when I finished and looked at the empty box that the cut marks don’t match with the slices. I don’t gonna come back to this store and I don’t recommend this store to anyone. So disapointed experience. I will definitely not sponsor this place anymore and expensive pizza as well to be treated like this. Just poor customer service and lazy employees BE AWARE

Great service, great delivery, great papadilla. Awful Buffalo sauce. Seriously love this store and its employees, they are always on point and helpful. Ordered pizza with Buffalo sauce instead of regular sauce and it was salty as all hell. Couldn’t eat it. Reese set it right and brought us a new pizza, but when eating it we realized that Buffalo sauce is the problem not the person making the pizza. Please change that Buffalo sauce, please don’t change your staff. Thank you

I appreciate the manger for looking out! The delivery woman asked me to meet her outside to get my pizza due to no parking spaces. I had to get my 2 toddlers and myself together. Thankfully I looked out of the window first to check and seen there were hardly any cars in the spaces where she could’ve easily parked at. I doubled checked to make sure I had the correct address in my online order. To my knowledge it was correct!! Once the woman got to my door I proceeded to pay with cash. She said she had no money to accept cash. Like my order literally stated I was “paying in cash”. The lady was so nonchalant. Just lazy and unkind! SMH. I’ve never had an experience like this at this location ever before. Thankfully the manger I called had way more compassion than the lazy delivery woman.
