Did not receive what I spent $50 on. Offered to bring back all food and allow the place to fix was told no. This was to ensure they knew I was not looking for a free item or anything free. All I wanted was what was paid for. Stated I will bring back the food all the food uneaten for a refund all the food uneaten!! was told no. Terrible service place does not care about their customers. They do not care what they do to people who spend with them. Was told the owner of this location would not allow either of my suggestions. It’s more important to make the owner happy than the people who pay their salaries the customers.

This wing stop is terrible. I call in for a 10 piece bone in. They told me over the phone that they was not taken cash cool. I get there othere customers only had cash so, I offered to pay for her order. I told them to cancel her order then add it to my order. They told me they can’t do that and, I would have to pay for the first order first then pay for my order. I then said I can’t charge my card twice because it would get locked. The cashier then. Said you the one that wanted to pay that’s not my problem. She refused to cancel my order, I decided to cancel my order. Since when you are not able to cancel or take off an order anywhere in life. This place was so unprofessional and rude.

We order a 30 pcs family pack at 8:26pm Took us 40 min to receive our order. People were in and out and received their order before us. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend to order to take out in the restaurant. Online orders have 1st priority.
