We did a mobile order, I don’t know how you manage to mess it up this much. We ordered one burrito with a lot of veggies and it came out tiny. I went in to complain and have it replaced and at least they made us a new one but the employees were rude and said it’s the same size and it’s because there were not many ingredients. The new burrito was significantly bigger so I don’t know what drugs they were taking. I also attached the photo below of the first tiny sad looking burrito. As for the other burrito, it should have been very simple as there were only two ingredients, chicken and rice. But somehow they decided to add all these extra ingredients that we didn’t ask for. I have allergies and so this was particularly infuriating. At this point we were not going to go back and complain a second time in person so we submitted the issue through the app, and the best they could do was give us a coupon for a free drink, which does not make up for a whole spoiled burrito. We used to be repeat costumers at this location, but will not be returning here ever again after this incident.

The quesadilla was so good until I went to eat the next piece and had to physically pull a hair out of it. I love chipotle usually but am extremely disappointed. I have never had a bad experience with them until today. I spent 10 dollars on quesadilla that I didn’t even get to eat.

Food is always great and was great here but the girl and guy just stared at us most of the time whenever we were asked a question and we answered in a timely fashion. When we asked about the peppers in the Al pastor chicken and if they could be taken out.. yep, silence for a good solid 10 seconds, and just stared at us as if we were stupid for asking that. Like you could have just said oh I’m sorry they’re already mixed in, but no, condescending behavior was going through their minds. So vibes were off, just give them the same energy back!

Whoever was working tonight (6/8/2022) at 8:35 p.m. was the most competent crew I’ve ever dealt with in the service industry, and that’s reason enough for me to return. They had to deal with a real jerk tonight, but they kept their cool the whole time. To put it mildly, it was a sight to behold. In my opinion, these workers deserve a pay increase. Nearby Jimmy John’s on the meridian.

I did a mobile order for a veggie burrito and chicken burrito. The veggie burrito was comically small and mostly tortilla. The rice was undercooked and so were the fajita veggies. My partner went in to ask for them to remake it, but they claimed it was normally sized and just had very little ingredients. I’ve literally gotten the same burrito almost every time I’ve gone to chipotle and in was never a deflated and sad burrito. To top this app off, they got my partners VERY SIMPLE order wrong. Just chicken and rice. He has allergies and they put many ingredients we never asked for.

Ordered through the app. Ordered extra steak. Charged 6 extra dollars for it. Looks like they gave me barely one serving. I ordered extra rice and beans as well and they did not complete that either. You guys have literally taken the convenience out of ordering online. If I can’t trust I’m going to get my moneys worth and what I ordered why would ever order again? Overall: poor service, food, and incompetent staff.
