It was loud inside so we sat outside and enjoyed the live music, which was a nice feature. Server recommended a very good cocktail for my wife and I found one of my favorites on tap. Food was pretty quick coming out of the kitchen. My wife’s sandwich was good, the ribs were okay.

We had to wait over an hour for our meals to be served. Every Walleye fish fillet was full of bones. One fillet had over 8 bones. Very disappointed. Extremely dangerous for family with children and even adults in general. I would not trust them to be careful with children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drink choices were good.

Thursday we sat on the patio to enjoy the music and had dinner. The music was fantastic! Loved the music and our server was the best. It was very busy too. She was always right there making sure we had everything we needed.

This restaurant has so much potential to do better – atmosphere is comfortable overall but I put 3 stars for that because it got pretty loud in there when more people were around, but it wasn’t full in there by any means, nor was there music which means sound is carrying or echoing. The food is good overall, but is overpriced with up charges on a lot of the items. I was confused about the “walleye egg rolls” as there wasn’t actually any walleye in them. The pork quesadillas were great, and my kiddo loved the chicken tenders so much she got them almost every time. The starters we tried are all good food wise, but you don’t get much for what you’re paying. There isn’t much for vegetable choices unless you add your own items and ask about it (off menu). The chicken alfredo sauce could be better, it almost seemed like it’s the kind from a jar, so that was a little disappointing – but the grilled chicken was amazing. The cocktails are good, but overpriced, and martinis were very strong (too strong for me, but maybe not if you like that sort of thing). I love having the option to go outside like they have the patio seating, but it was a bummer that some hornets were bothering us (obviously out of their control, but still frustrating).

I ordered about $70 worth of food on a takeout order for 2 people. The host took my order over the phone and said it would be ready at 6 pm. I get there to pick up my order and he informed me that it would be about 6:10 so I paid and waited. It was 6:20 and I see a bag come out that looked like my order. It was given to a couple construction workers who got there after me. The manager them comes out with about 3 big bags of food. By now, it was about 6:30. I asked her about my order. Turns out, it was sent with the construction workers and they didn’t receive their big order. They told me my food had to be remade. I also asked them for a new bowl of chicken wild rice soup since it had already been sitting on the counter for an hour. At 7:15, I finally got my food and went home. No offer for any refunds or even an apology. The host just basically shoved it off. To make things even better, I got home and opened my soup which was hot but was completely separated which means it was microwaved. I’ve never received separated soup in the 7 years I have been eating there. I called to try and speak with management that following Monday and the host took a message. Never got a call back.

Wait time was a little lengthy had 2 different people leave in the line in front of us they were waiting over 15 minute and it wasn’t busy but I’m guessing this is due to staff shortage but once we got seated the wait time wasn’t bad to get our food and drinks had delicious food one of the best salads I’ve had in awhile !! Fresh and flavorful would go back again

We came to Willy T’s for lunch while we were in town. We arrived at 12:15 pm. We left at 12:30 pm after waiting a full 15 minutes and not seeing a single worker. There was a sign saying “please wait to be seated” and another that said “see host for seating”, but there was no host in sight. No bell to ring for service either. Highly disappointed.

We had a planned weekend getaway with our family and grandkids, with 14 of us we rented 4 rooms. We had dinner reservations at 6:30 at Willy T’s, the service was awful. No refills on drinks, took forever to order, food came out at different times – the last meal came out when most of us were finished eatting. Very disappointing for what we spent. Finally once we closed our tab a few of the adults decided to stay a bit longer, the server said she was cut for the night (8pm) and we would need to help ourselves up at the bar, not offering another server to help us. After standing at the bar for over 15 minutes and still not getting any service we decided to leave. Great location and water park area – but we will take our business elsewhere next time.
