We just had a delicious pizza and our waitress, Jamilah, was WONDERFUL! Clean establishment, fast service and comfortable atmosphere. Jamilah made eye contact with us and offered my bf the free Father’s Day dessert which we had no idea existed. I would have given 5 stars, but the other employees pretty much ignored us from the moment we walked in which is highly unusual, I suppose we were in the middle of a shift change ♀️?. I love the Barrell Room too!

Don’t order the rock shrimp or the tiramisu! The shrimp are tiny and of very cheap quality. They are not rock shrimp. The tiramisu is the a tiny square piece 2 inch by 2 inch. The tiramisu is frozen and doesn’t taste homemade. New management is not keeping quality standards of this great establishment. Disappointed, but I glad we have other better options(Tulio’s Pizzeria & Restaurant) in Orangeburg.

I love this place and I eat lunch from here at least once a week. I always get the same thing – Chicken bacon Alfredo pizza and I have not had a problem. But let me tell you! Tina and Becky are the rudest! They need to take a course in customer service for sure!!

I had a wonderful time at trivia night. The host was quite playful and welcoming. Unfortunately the “Green beans” beat me in trivia (cheated that’s my story and I’m sticking to it actually I’m just being a sore loser.) Anyways my waitress was new but AWESOME I got all my food in a very timely manner and was well taken care of. The backroom area had great ambience and was quite cozy. I would definitely return.

This place is not the same. I was greeted by a friendly hostesses but was sat with older lady who has been there for many years as a server. She is not friendly at all. While I was informing here that I was ready to order she ignored me. This is not the first time I was placed as her customer and didn’t receive friendly service. I then go to the front and speak with the manager and let her know my experience. I’m sure nothing is going to be done but I felt as though I needed to let them know. I know am not the only person who has had an issue with her as a server. Please do better. If you are oversat and need help ask for it versus being rude to customers.

We tried to place an online order, which wouldn’t go through, so we called in our order yesterday at 215pm. We said we’d pick it up in 30 to 45 mins. Arrived at the restaurant a little after 3 to pick up our order, (they claimed they were waiting on the grilled chicken and greek potatoes), so I waited, waited and waited some more…meanwhile, a family came in during that time and asked for a window seat, the hostess told them there were no servers in that section but the man insisted on having a window seat, the hostess then replied why do you want to sit where no one will serve you? Then she asked a server if they’d be willing to assist that family. Another man was at the counter when I walked in, waiting to get ice cream, and finally when my order was bagged up about 35 minutes after I arrived, that man was finally helped as I was getting my order, he wanted a hot fudge sundae and I kid you not, the server had to ask how to make a hot fudge sundae. She must have been in her 20s and I honestly never heard of anyone who didn’t know how to make a hot fudge sundae…I guess I know why they have that “Now Hiring” sign out front…I then drove 5 miles to my mother in laws house, unpacked the food and the potatoes, I waited so long for, were ice cold, the small grilled chicken salad was served in a dessert carry out box and my rice bowl had dried up old pasta and a pickle mixed in. Completely taken aback by the reaction and unprofessionalism I received based on a mistake they made. Keeping in mind this was my first experience with them (and last) The pizza was slimy and so gross we threw it away. It was also the wrong pizza. I went to get the correct order and was accosted with a barrage of accusations and questions they already knew the answers to. With the order we also had mozz sticks which were cold, as in the cheese was firm like straight from the fridge cold. After that wonderful experience with the manager to get the correct pizza, it was also unedible. If y’all could see the face my 7 yr old made after she took a bite.. you’d think she we were making her eat a eyeball instead of her favorite type of pizza. So ya .. top 3 of my worst experiences at a restaurant. Why did I not just leave and still wait for the second pizza?.. my daughter was excited to try the pepperoni.. Otherwise Id have just walked out. Horrible, horrific, atrocious service and food.. I can not express that enough. Hoping I don’t get food poisoning..
