5⭐’s because PIZZA WAS BOMB! sausage & pepperoni,yesss. All the way to the crust good to ME! I would suggest to buy the whole pie for $30. Wings were good but stuffed into a small container. Be careful when riding in an all white interior. Young staff gets overwhelmed and embarrassed (?) easy.

Was there on a Monday. There was only 1 person in line in front of me, and it still took over 20 minutes to get my cheesesteak after ordering. The staff were not rude but didn’t really seem to care. The Nathan’s and Wendy’s in this place were cranking out orders super fast. Jerry’s was a bust.

Dont waste your time. They will just screw your order up or give it to the wrong person. There is nothing famous or taste worthy of this food. I placed my order and got my drink. After returning to wait for my order, the girl at the registered gave out the type of slice that i ordered. She then asked me what my order was. I told her my order again. I explained to her that i watched her give the pizza slice that i order to three other customers. She rolled her eyes and acted like i was the problem. She asked if i wanted another slice or my money back. I told her that she would need to give me the difference in the price. She then stated, “So you want your money back?” I said no, i dont want my money. Im not going to get a cheaper pizza at the higher price. Then she asked, “If i wanted to wait for a new pizza.” I asked how long it would take to make? She gave me the stink and said i dont know?”This conversation went back and forth regarding the difference and waiting on a new slice.

Don’t waste your time here if you want to order whole pie. Kept on waiting for 45 minutes. Even after 45 minutes it was not ready. The guy at the counter was very rude. Had to cancel the order.

Came here for a rest stop and waited in a long line for a slice of pizza for me and my boyfriend. He wanted a cheese slice, I wanted a bacon and tomato, which was on the menu. The last cheese slice was given to the customer in front of us. As for the bacon and tomato, they said they don’t do that. We asked if we could pay for the slice and wait with our receipt out of the line so they could help other customers. The female said they can’t do that. We asked if we have the receipt, why not? She said that’s not something they do. Pierre L. came over and said “that doesn’t make any sense to pay for something that’s not out, yet,” with a bit of an attitude. We said, “well can we wait right there for when the cheese does come out because it was in the middle of the oven already. He stated, “well if that floats your boat,” with more of a sassy attitude. We were waiting with another customer who wanted cheese for her daughter and they went to the back of the line. There was another customer who was behind us that said she was ready to order so we let her go ahead of us, but we found out she wanted cheese, too. She paid ahead of us, waited at the cash register, and got her TWO slices of cheese before us. Pierre even said to the female not to give us our cheese slice, because she already paid and was waiting for hers. (Double standard and discrimination?!) The lady that waited at the end of the line with her daughter had to wait again because the last slice was given shortly after us. We even witnessed another incident where a man was trying to order his philly cheesesteak. He got upset at Pierre, too, and Pierre was popping off at him. The supervisor came over and started defending the employee, telling the customer she needed him to calm down and lower his voice. That is horrible customer service when you witness more than one incident where the employee is disrespectful to customers. The pizza is delicious, but for this customer service and price, it is not worth it.

I waited and there were 3 staff no one came to the register. After waiting long time one young guy came up to the registered, didn’t look like he wanted to be there and didn’t pay attention to anything I said.

HONESTLY, I can’t review the taste of the food. Was completely deterred by the price of a Philly cheesesteak. $14 for essentially meat, bread and cheese. Any additional topping are $1 each. Insane!!!!!. After reading reviews, I am glad I was not dumb enough to pay that scam price, for nothing of value.

Can’t comment on the food but service sucks..claim they open at 9am Saturday it’s 10:20 and no one is taking orders. Guy in the back making pizza and is oblivious to the line of people waiting. A guy and me try calling out to him and couldn’t hear us cause he had them air pods in his ear. Owners should really be paying attention to the workers that are giving them a bad name
