Since I do not work at Taco Bell and I was paying cash. It made no sense for your employees to not work at the cashier counter but request me to use the kiosk. She was kind about it but I’m not on payroll or getting an employee discount for food. If you’re under staffed or not giving adequate training to take orders and build customer service skills then shut down the location.

The food is taco b3ll. I mean you know what youre getting with taco bell. Service? What service. You walk in and the xashier just sais go use the kiosk as they stand behind the counter and just watch you. Then come help you use the kiosk. Why can’t they just take my order? And if you don’t add sauce to the order they get upset when you ask for some. Horrible customer servic3 and they atmosphere is so depressing.

Used to go here because it’s close to home. Now it’s order at the computers even when there’s a line of people who want to order from a cashier so our orders don’t get messed up. Pass on this one for now. I hope it changes back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at this Taco Bell. Even though I was under dressed and he’ll prepared the hostess Auburn was very friendly and helpful and maybe feel right at home. If there is a Taco Bell that I would recommend it would be this one

This Taco Bell is unique due to its location in a strip mall and lack of drive-thru. I decided to place my order through the kiosk and was able to customize my order (no sour cream on my Burrito and Taco Supreme). My order was ready in a matter of minutes. The employees were friendly and the store was relatively clean.

I use the kiosk to order my meal inside the store. A pretty handy feature. There were five employees in the store on a Saturday afternoon and three of them were being very loud and silly. All of their teasing and jumping around disallow them from focusing on preparing the food. Two girls just stood at the register not helping just waiting for food to come out. They need to tune up their operations. Also, if you’re going to have two clerks just standing there one of them should be cleaning off the tables and the floor and glass entry doors. The glass entry doors were filthy with handprints and everything else in the floors had spills on them. Managers have to take ownership in the franchise or company store that they’re running during the day as these are integral parts of running a successful business. The food is always plentiful and good but they need to do a little TLC on the facility and have the employees stay focused instead of goofing around.
