I also got tots with cheese and onions the onion had a bad taste to them where cold the root beer didn’t taste good so they just made me a new still taste the same they told me the replaced the root beer bag if they did then they need to clean the soft drink area because you can taste the even the ice cream wasn’t good not happy with this service it bad I had to throw all it away because how bad this food was it’s sad with you spend over 20 on this place and the food is this bad it’s bad where I am going to have to bypass this one to go-to the one in Morehead city and the open lights not even on

We went to get food from here last-night about 8:30 PM. We pulled to a stall to place our order. The person asked us to wait a few moments to order. After about 13 minutes of waiting and five other people pulled into stalls and several ordered food when they pulled into stalls only minutes after waiting. We tried to push the button several times during our time waiting for them to take our order. We finally decided to leave. This place was a huge disappointment due to the last time the milk shakes were runny like water, and was not even right for what was ordered. And then never being waited on during this trip was a large disappointment again.

Came here around 9pm for some ice cream with my fiance. The vehicle right next to us had their windows rolled down and connected to a phone call through their car and was extremely loud and bothered our experience there. Food was good though, a little odd how the carhop took my $20 inside to get change.. I remember cashing out right at the vehicle when I worked there I wonder why that changed. Fiance is a little disappointed because there weren’t many options for him on the menu.

Server was so rude, manager made us wait 50 minutes for a $8 refund for hot dogs that smelled nasty , never In my life had such an attitude in a franchise , and it’s coming from workers and the manager covering for them , sonic franchise needs to investigate this location for real , unbelievable they are still open with this customer service and food quality.

Whether I order on-site or order ahead via the app, the ordering process is quick and easy. It doesn’t matter if I check-in w/ stall # in app to eat there or take home, this Sonic has always exceeded expectations (in my opinion). The food quality has always been hot, fresh, and delicious and has always been efficiently expedited. Also, the staff has always been very polite and professional in all of my encounters over the years.
