Nice staff and open spaced DD. Has ample seating and a currency exchange/atm/lottery on site. They lost a star because the cashier didn’t know how to enter the promotion for free bagel. After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren’t aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!

On September 30, 2022, I ordered two items on demand. I was only able to pick up my order one hour late since I had a busy day. When I finally got there by 4:30pm, my order was nowhere in sight. I proceeded to tell an employee my order had not been fulfilled, but the employee disregarded my concerns and claimed that the store had been busy despite the fact that the store had no customers inside the store nor the drive-through. I overheard the employee’s co-workers talking amongst themselves; I then asked the employee again why they hadn’t fulfilled my order after an hour had passed even when their co-workers were only talking with each other. The employee became been very rude and arrogant towards me. Because of this, I then asked if I may pursue the manner to higher management for unprofessional conduct. The employee acted even more rudely towards me, laughing at me during the incident. My main problems were that the employee in question (name not provided on uniform or to me) was, as mentioned, rude, arrogant, and unprofessional! I very often purchase from Dunkin and am disappointed that I had been confronted with such conduct and unprofessionalism.

This place is improving but depends on who is working and what time you go will depend on your service. But for the love of coffee, please stop telling customers coffee and other drinks are not available because ‘the machine is already cleaned’ when the store has 2 hours left until close!

Make sure you check your order before you leave if you mobile order. They aren’t paying attention and you will leave with parts of your order missing. The coffee tasted burnt some how. They are very short with you in the drive thru. There’s a reason I spend more money to go to Starbucks instead of come to Dunkin. It’s so hard to find a Dunkin’ Donuts run decently.

They were all unresponsive when I first entered the establishment. I ordered a dozen munchkins, and right in front of me only put 9. the girl debated w/ me about the amount she put in the bag. What’s up with that. Worse Dunkin’s to go for prompt accurate and speedy service.
