I went at not so busy time on Aug 30th. all employees were very attentive and pleasant. They were very helpful and friendly. Specifically two employees although i can’t remember their names they all were very excellent. My first time trying Jersey Mike’s I got the club sub bowl and my husband got the Mike’s famous philly and it was DELICIOUS! Jeremiah always makes our food with love! I always go there in the evening time after work. Its always clean in the store and a positive atmosphere. The night crew has such joyful energy and they always make our time there a good one!

We had lunch at this location today and it was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Of course the food was great. and the restaurant was clean, but it was the employees attitudes that made me take notice. They were all so friendly and appeared genuinely happy. I noticed that they worked as a team to help each other and all were keeping an eye out for anything that needed to be done. I don’t know if people realize how the employees attitudes, even when they aren’t interacting with customers, can change the whole atmosphere but it really does. Thanks for a great experience.

I LOVE THIS STORE !!!! They always make my sub just right and I am picky. I’m always greeted with a smile and a welcome in. I come so often Keke and Jeremiah know me as soon as I walk thru the door. I walked in nobody was in line they were finishing up on one sub with toppings (online order) nobody had bread out or slicing meat then she finally ask what I want after a couple minutes then lays out 3 giant bread which one was mine then started with carving meat for two of them…. So in other words I’m in store to get a sub and have to wait on all these online orders when those people are not in the store they need to put people in the flesh before online orders she could have easily put my sandwich before those two giants very disrespectful to me who was the only one in line it took me 25 minutes to get out of there they can do better!

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while they made an online order before they even asked me what I wanted and after that they continued with the online order. I was the only customer in the store. A employee could have made my order while the other was making the online order. A in person customer should come first.
