Went through the drive thru ordered #8 3 taco Supremes that does consist of cheese, hb meat, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. No sour cream, no tomatoes. The only good thing I didn’t have to wait 30 mins it was ready in 5min I can see why left half the ingredients off.

The girl was incredibly rude when asked to repeat side menu 2x for an order for 5 ppl. The side items are not listed on the drive thru order menu and apparently it was too much to ask this girl to do her job. I won’t be going back and I don’t advise other to go and waste their money.

Always always always gotta wait. They always have 4 or 5 cars pulled up and into parking spaces waiting. It’s ridiculous. And the wait time… 30 plus minutes. how do you not have nuggets available when quite a few of your products require nuggets such as the famous bowls and the Mac and cheese bowls. And how do you not offer a substitute like “let me cut up a tender or two to put on top to replace the nuggets”. It’s always “well we just don’t have that”. Horrible.

We went through the drive thru cars everywhere wait on food young boy was running himself ragged. Half food missing when he came out with our order. Went back got the rest of our order but still no napkins or utensils. No manager in site unless they were the cook.

Horrible service! Nothing but a bunch of lazy, rude children working here. They were rude when we ordered, rude at the window, rude when they brought the food and looked absolutely miserable to be there! Also had to wait on food to be cooked at 8pm on a Friday night! Absolutely ridiculous! This place has NO business serving the public and needs some new management ASAP! They deserve a ZERO.

Bless their hearts Covid is tearing them up. Wait was terrible, food tonight was bad, order super messed up. Everyone was waiting a long time. People waiting on Chicken finally just left after being told they didn’t have the chicken after already waiting for it a good while. We had taco bell and noone enjoyed it. The employees were nice and kind and after covid maybe things will be better.

I only have it one star because I had to put something, or else it wouldn’t have even one. KFC in Belton, s.c. Has very poor service. I will never go to this KFC again. Waited 40 minutes for a meal. Once I got home, the sides were not even half full, the chicken I order was extra crispy , it was reg. Chicken. Did not get Lg coleslaw that we ordered. Macaroni was burnt. Kept trying to talk to manager and he refused to talk to me, he kept ignoring me. I asked for a refund several times he kept ignoring me. DON’T USE THIS KFC THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME RECEIVED POOR SERVICE, AND FOOD! IT WAS THE LAST!
