They correctly marked the burgers as ketchup only and the receipt said Ketchup only, but apparently onions are included in that. I didn’t discover until I got home about 10 minutes later. The chicken sandwiches had pickle added, but the lettuce was overflowing out of the sandwich. Idk. Maybe a quality check should be done before food is sent out. That quality check person should care enough about the accuracy of food. It’s fast food, I get it. Just have some pride in what you do. That’s what takes you to the next place/position.

Sat in one of the 2 drive through lanes for 5+ minutes while i heard the other lane get all the help. Left without ordering because apparently they can only use one lane but don’t bother to put up a sign or anything saying the other is closed.

This is a great McDonald’s with a great team. I made a online order and when I received it, toppings were on my sandwiches that I specifically selected to not put on. I went inside, politely explained the issue, and was immediately helped. They not only made the new sandwiches, they even gave me a large fry instead of medium along with a free meal card apologizing for the mistakes.

Couldn’t go into the lobby because the doors were locked. Ordered a large OJ couldn’t get one because the machine broke as they were putting juice into the machine. Gave me a milk instead despite the price being significant difference I didn’t receive a refund. Won’t be going back.

Web site says open 24 hours, pulled up all lights are on, speaker asks me if I’m using mobile app to have my code ready and they will be right with me, no one comes on, I say hello 3 times over a 10 minute window still no reply. After 15 minutes I drive away. Could see the Workers inside just standing in there doing nothing, and these folks think they deserve to be paid more?

Not sure why I continue to expose myself to this restaurant. Today did not improve my opinion. Expensive, cold food and my mcflurry almost had more on the outside then in the cup when handed to us. Do yourself a favor head over to Wendy’s. I found some nice fresh options there.

Drive through experience was horrible. Waited five minutes and no one took our order, while the other line got prompt service. We had to circle back around to the other line, and still we had to wait another couple minutes. We also had to repeat our order three times, as if they weren’t paying attention. When we got to the window, the girl had earbuds in too!

I’m definitely disappointed in how “full” the shake was. Theres no reason this should be filled with as much whip as there is trying to compensate that there is less drink. I did not have the time to get it fixed, but when I pay for a large… that’s what I should be getting.

Ooooo I can not wait to physically come there tomorrow when I’m off of work, first thing I’ll be doing is speaking to a GM, ordered uber eats, the women was quick efficient and I tipped her well! When I open my bag I’m missing my fries that go with my meal and also my large drink. So I decided to call he answers. Asked me what time i have on my slip, I explained what I was missing and he informed me that if I was still near by I could come back thru I told him I ordered uber eats he then told me I would have to take it up with uber eats, as I could get a refund thru them and mcdonalds, I didn’t really agree with that and I asked him something along the lines of how do you miss an entire fry and soda, he then said probably because you never ordered them and hung up on me! Your attitude was ridiculous!

Which McDonalds. It’s what you expect. You could tell they were understaffed and we had several problems with our order. They handed us our drink and has pull forward and it took another 10 minutes for our food to come out. At that point they had forgotten the frappuccino and the barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets. And then when they brought out the frappuccino they had forgotten that barbecue sauce.
