Worse customer service in a long time. Walked in the store and did not get greeted. Both employees working were in their cellphones. There was a box of cheese bread on the counter. Order a one sausage breakfast pizza and got a bacon and sausage one. Dough was not cook all the way. Too much nacho cheese and no mozzarella cheese at all. Order some cheese bread and we did not received any marinara sauce. Very disappointing experience

One of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen. This floor hasn’t been cleaned in a long time – just caked in dirt. Not only was it unclean, but there were clothing tags all over the floor like someone was stealing merch.

Cheap gas was great. Bought ice in the store. Clerk was friendly but not wearing a mask and many customers were also not wearing a mask. Iowa didn’t have a mandate then but still, fyi for potential customers.

Over priced like all Casey’s. Aside from that the staff is super friendly and the place is always clean, and in my experience you are always in and out in just a couple minutes. Making it a great place to get a drink or quick bite on a break while at work

The two stars I’m giving are ONLY because my pizzas tasted good, and weren’t skimped on the toppings. If I were to rate this location based on service, they would score negative stars. I’ve gotten attitude before at this store, from the same tall lanky guy who makes the food in the evenings, but this latest visit means I will not come back to this location for anything, not even a pay-at-the-pump fuel purchase. Recently, Casey’s ran a promo for free breadsticks with the purchase of a large pizza. When ordering online, it automatically was added on to my order. Wonderful…who wouldn’t want free breadsticks?! I also had a fundraiser card for a free medium one-topping with the purchase of any large specialty pizza, and 10 box tabs toward a free large. I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas and my medium 1-topping, and the breadsticks as well, since they were automatically added on. When I got to the location to pick up my order, the tall lanky guy was handling a full trash bag. Rather than ask me to wait for a moment while he takes it outside to the dumpster, he puts it down on the floor and, without washing his hands, goes and gets my food from on top of the pizza oven. Ok, I get it. Chance of contamination: minimal, but dude?! Wash your freaking hands! That’s disgusting. I got to the register to pay and the cashier rings everything up, then doesn’t know how to do the promotions on the items. Her coworker, a different man from the pizza maker, comes up and gets the grumpiest look on his face as he tells me that they can’t stack offers (promotions) so I’ll have to pay full price for the breadsticks. I explained that they could just cancel them since I wouldn’t have ordered them normally…they were automatically added on when I ordered online. The guy got progressively more snippy with me until I had to demand that they remove the breadsticks from my check. The girl then tried to keep the fundraiser card (its multi-use, I paid $15 for it!) and then refused to return it to me when I asked for it back. I had to explain how it works to her and she still hesitated to give it back to me. A call into Casey’s Corporate Office regarding this incident yielded little more than a “Sorry”. This location is a blight to the Casey’s brand. I’ll rarely give a poor review based on one bad experience, but this is definitely a case of 2 strikes, your’re out, because I’m not going to try again for strike 3!
