I never write reviews, but this place made me so mad I had to write 1. Young girls just playing around. Throwing fries at each other and playing loud music. Literally can’t even make a baked potato. They just threw 2 pieces of bacon with little cheese. They need home and customer service training and just plan manners.

Staff was struggling with the workload. Drive through was shut down and only accepted in lobby customers. The wait time was a bit long for fast food, but at least it was hot and I didn’t have to cook it. The manager was not delegating appropriately to staff because of their experience or qualification. Either way there is room for improvement.

Just bought two breakfast biscuits. They were so tough you could not even bite into them. Also no receipt, told “not working”. Very convenient, since receipts provide contact info for customer feedback to “corporate”. Looking at the other recent very negative reviews on this Wendy’s location, I can see that my review is consistent with what others are also experiencing. Too bad some franchisor invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into this new location, only to see it drain him dry of cash due to poor quality of food and service.

Horrible experience on my lunch break. The drive thru lady was telling people they had to to go inside to order, which was fine. Then she had a horrible attitude towards everybody, myself included. She was barking orders at everyone and one of the girls in the back asked her why she was telling people to go inside, that it made no sense. Go take a break if ur that heated!

I paid $15.57 for a double stack biggie bag and I ate a fry, nugget and took a bite of my burger, the entire contents were cold. I also purchased a single with no cheese it had cheese on it the condiments were running off the sandwich & piled on the burger excessively. I got sick and so did my 84 yr old father off of this food I had to pull over & vomit.If I hadn’t thrown it out on the side of the highway I would have brought it back,maybe some stray dog would like it because it smelled and tasted horrible. The food was so greasy that the entire bottom of the bag was greasy smh you need to get it together. I will never eat here ever again. We pay for you to stay in business, I have been calling here since 11:30am to get hung up on all day.

I asked for nothing on the sand which but mayo an cheese the young guy with the twist was rude . An try to get me to buy something already cooked after I told him no thank you . Horrible customer service, zero personality and not even an ounce of common courtesy. One young lady used her hands to put the fries in the container. She had on a glove which was the same glove she used for everything including picking up food from the floor.

I thought the whole point of baconator fries was having bacon especially when u get charged for extra bacon and cheese but never receive it. Honestly not the first time they mess up my food or don’t give me proper change. Always mange to mess up my order so yeah I like to stay away from this place. They need to go over protocol again on how to properly packaged orders and give better customer service.

With the cost of any combo being well over 10.00, I expect a hot sandwich and hot fresh fries every time. There is no excuse for serving luke warm fries, cold fries, or fries that have been sitting under a lamp for an extended period of time. Focus on getting it right the first time with hot fresh food to avoid incoveniencing customers.

Trying to remain positive is over. Third time I have gone here and had something messed up. Sold me a frosty and when I asked for a spoon they told me they were out. Time before that, their registers weren’t working. First time, all of the burgers were missing the lettuce and tomatoes. C’mon, you got to do better!! At least make it look like you’re trying!
