First the lady tried to up sell me on my sandwich. I ordered a small and she said for 2 dollar for regular. Actually it’s $2.50 and I ordered a small for a reason. Second I waited literally 20min in line which wouldn’t be a big deal if my food was fresh. I even asked two of the ladies if my food was gonna be fresh and both said yes. Chicken was on the cold side and same with the moss sticks. They keep messing up so I’ll just stay away from them for now on.

Tried the boneless wings today. Bother the Korea BBQ and the Teriyaki were good. Fries are just frozen nothing remarkable. Friendle, fast service. I bought 10 wings so I could have some for dinner.

Was in the mood for a Philly Cheese steak. Never again. I took a bite and I coughed lol omg there was so much pepper on it like black pepper. Couldn’t even eat it, took it back and got money my back. AND I WILL say the young man running this place rn was rude and told me I couldn’t have pickle on the side he said “we don’t do that” Get this guy outta here I’m sad I wanted a good sandwich. Just another good place I can’t even go to.

I was treated with great service and my food was very good and correct. Your employees were very friendly and quick. The manager worked well with the other workers. Great team work.I was a manager for 16yrs. Great to see that. Zee and Sara,Mohaned,Hamza.. I asked for their names because it was great teamwork. Keep up the great work. I definitely will return again. The other customer was pleased to have a good place to eat at also.

This was my first visit to this location. I purchased my meal on the web for in-store pickup. The ordering process was simple and fast but the actual restaurant experience was not. I arrived at the drive-through window that my receipt said my food would be ready. I was told by the employee via the intercom to read the menu and they’d be back. Over 10 minutes elapsed where I just sat there not moving as the cars in front didn’t move and I was stuck from cars behind me. Finally, the lane ahead vacated but no one was answering the intercom. When all cars vacated but I was still at the silent intercom, I pulled up to the drive-through window, but no one was there. I waited a couple of minutes and then just decided to pull into the parking lot, and I walked into the store. Now it was about 15 minutes after my quoted ready time and my order was not on the shelf for carry out orders. I waited probably five more minutes in line for the staff to accommodate the single diner ahead of me. After that order was taken, the staff member walked away and didn’t acknowledge me standing there. I waited a few more minutes without any staff member acknowledging. I did notice my order on the counter by the register (not in the area designated for pickup) so I simply took it. Once I got it back to my place, it was cold so I had to heat it up. Then the extras I ordered such as the hot pepper relish were not applied. Terrible service experience, marginal food experience.

I am never disappointed with the quality of their food, the staff is always friendly. However, often it takes five minutes for them to even acknowledge me in the drive thru, then they say “take a few minutes to look at the menu and we will be right with you”. Then I wait at the window 5-10 minutes. 20-30 minutes in a drive thru when I am not in any kind of line seems too long to me.
