This location (Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn) is the absolute worst! The employees and supervisors are all very rude and obnoxious. There is always a line and no one serving the customers as if they don’t want to do their jobs. You literally have to ask to be served before they take the next customer in line. I frequent other locations and never have any issues , but each time I go to the Ralph Avenue eatery it is always an awful experience. It is time to revamp the entire staff. Hire employees who want to work and possess great customer service skills.

I found hair in my food. It’s not my hair cuz I’m black and this is a bone straight hair. It’s expensive here for no reason. Paid $15 for a chicken bowl that had little food. Do not recommend this place.

It’s crazy that there is so many reviews with 1 star. To be honest I only gave 1 star because I didn’t have the option to give -5. How is it that there is always a shortage of food, while the staff jokes and plays around. One young man was cutting chicken and laughing and talking over the food. Where is corporate, are these issues not being addressed. To top it off the staff has an attitude that is out of this world. You can’t be wrong and strong. I don’t blame the staff because clearly the higher ups don’t care and it trickles downs. I asked the supervisor how long would it be to get the Chicken Al Pastor, he proceeded to walk to the back and not address. I recorded the video of him ignoring. To which he came to the front and in a passive aggressive behavior, and talked about me to another staff member. Is there any training being done for how to deal with customer. Another customer who like myself waited for 30 minutes for the food, had to address this issue with him, because there is zero accountability, for which he proceeds to say THIS IS NOT HIS STORE HE IS JUST COVERING, but If this is your behavior here, how you behavior where you are permanent.

This place has gone from bad to worst. They are always missing food or ice and the staff suffers from the mismanagement and then they sometimes take it out on the customer, only sometimes. Overall the staff is doing there best but owner or managers need to make some improvements.

I love Chipotle. But this location sucks. It is not the first time I ordered ahead lunch through the app and they were always late. But this time. I came 40 min after ordering ahead plus waited another 20 to get my order. Just know don’t order online from this location. Just join the line IT’S FASTER! The food no complaints, it’s delicious as always!

As soon as I walked in the restaurant I was happily being shoed away by employees. They claimed to only being taking online orders which seems lazy enough considering you have the doors open and food sitting on the line wait to be served . And they were unwilling to take my CASH payment which could not be submitted online so now I just can’t eat huh? The young people working in your establishment are contributing more and more to the downfall of chipotle. On my way to Qdoba now.

Why is it that the workers have to be so rude as if ordering food the way you want it is an annoyance? Mad attitude, rushing you through the line, food stations a mess, basically scraping the bottom of the rice container and the peppers and onions looked horrible. Customers deserve better.

Great experience!the place is nice and clean with plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating options(sidewalk lol) the staff there is good and the food is as good as it can get for a buffet precooked food mostly and put together type of place. Everything is fresh but most things are not cooked to order(rather kept warm)it’s a great spot for high quality fast food.
